I would 100% recommend Insight Early Learning. My son was one of the first to attend when it opened and now my daughter... I would 100% recommend Insight Early Learning. My son was one of the first to attend when it opened and now my daughter is in her last year there. I have always been happy with their care. The carers have been fantastic and we have made some really special memories along the way. My kids love the food too. They are always excited to see what’s cooking at the start of the day and what leftovers muffins and slices are waiting for them as we leave at the end of the day. It’s a lovely place and I have always been comforted to know they are in good hands while I’m at work. Read more

We really have waited patiently and have hoped we would see some improvement at Insight. Another new Centre Manager has arrived since the... We really have waited patiently and have hoped we would see some improvement at Insight. Another new Centre Manager has arrived since the start of the year and unfortunately the issues remain much the same. Poor staff morale and lack of communication. There has been a recent room closure and all the children have been merged to create two very large groups due to staff shortage (longterm staff all left/leaving). The children are visibly getting a lack of attention. The older children simply do not want to be there, the Kindy room lacks an ECT and there has been no consistent team leader in the room since the start of the year. I would not recommend this centre to any new families in the area, there are some great new centres emerging and others with way better reputations. Read more
