At Insight Early Learning Port Coogee, the safety, wellbeing, and development of the children in our care remain our highest priority. Recent room combinations were implemented thoughtfully to ensure we could maintain appropriate supervision and ratios, while supporting both children and educators during a period of staff transition. These decisions were made to uphold safety and quality care at all times. We want to reassure you that our Kindergarten room is in fact led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), and we remain committed to providing continuity and strong leadership within the team. While staffing challenges have impacted many in the sector, we are actively working on building a stable and supportive team culture and improving communication with families. We value feedback like yours as it helps us reflect and grow.
