We couldn’t be happier with Big Bear Academy Minto! Our child has absolutely thrived and settled in so quickly, within just one week which is amazing considering she spent a year and a half at another centre and never truly settled. She’s always happy to go and is even asking to attend an extra day, which says everything. Dad is just as impressed! The educators, management and the owners are incredible! So warm, caring, and genuinely invested and is very involved in the children. From day one, they’ve made us feel like part of the Big Bear community. Highly recommend !

The whole team at Big Near Academy Minto have been marvellous since the day I started dealing with them well before Christmas. The lines of communication have always been open throughout the whole process from signing our daughter in with all of our questions answered promptly and covering everything we asked and then some. The centre is state of the art with exceptional play to learn facilities. An amazing amount of learning items and toys ( wich are also used for learning) An abundance of dress up costumes to celebrate all occasions and professions. Then the out door are WOW this is amazingly set out with sand pits , a water play area , slides climbing facilities and an amazing large fresh grass area at the back of the centre with balance items soccer nets and so much more . The children have an outside bubble they can use at their own convenience its great . Then we come to opening week and the approved providers,directors,educators have all been absolutely amazing. It has been my daughters first time really away this much from me and they have helped her to settle into the centre amazingly and helping her also get over the shyness she has to having so many children around . They showed patience and compassion while encouraging her in her own time to explore her surroundings and new friends she can make . Every time we arrive we as parents are always greeted with a warm smile and hello and a fantastic chat with any of the educators we come across. They take the time each afternoon to let us no how else went for the day , what she has eaten , things she has done . The structured play to learn is absolutely amazing with the children already learning so much . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone ...

Big Bear Academy is by far the best child care centre in South West Sydney. After experiencing other centres.....you just can not beat a centre that is family owned...and the owners really care. Every parent that raves about how good it is and our son Matthew is absolutely thriving!

Highly recommend Big Bear Academy Minto and their absolutely are the outstanding work from your educators and providers. They have done amazing over the past 3 weeks making all the children feel welcome and settle in to a whole new environment to what most are not used to is absolutely outstanding. The lines of communication are always open and you dont feel like you need to hold back as they are there to awnser anything they can at any time no judgements Your team has taken the time to see each and every childs needs settling in and going forward in implemented procedures to assist in this. The safety implementation is hands down second to none around every aspect of the centre from signing in to making sure all the equipment and learning equipment and games that are played are all safe and focused on a play to learn basis Keep up the amazing work ..
