My three children have been attending since it first opened, and one of them is now at school. From the very beginning, the experience has been fantastic. The educators are incredibly kind, nurturing, and truly dedicated to creating a personalized experience for every child—not just my own. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's individual needs and growth. My kids are always excited to go, and that's something I never experienced at their previous daycare. My 3 children have attended this centre from the day it first opened and I cannot rate it highly enough. My children are so happy to go to daycare, love their educators and peers and have so much fun each day. Caring 4 Kids arrange fantastic incursions for the children throughout the year, create a fun & safe environment and are always looking for new and exciting things to implement to ensure the children are receiving the best care possible. For my husband and I as parents, we want to know that our children are safe when they are in someone else’s care and feel comfortable and valued by the people around them, just as they do in our home. This centre ticks all the boxes. The communication at this centre is outstanding. We are kept up to date with any new information from centre management staff and are always asked for family input/feedback. We receive feedback from room leaders/educators on how the children’s day has been each time we pick them up which I value after having to be away from them & missing them for the day. I would certainly recommend this centre to anyone looking for care for their children. Read more

Our daughter has been attending Caring 4 Kids in North Richmond for over a year now. The facility itself is clean, tidy and always welcoming. The staff are outstanding. Always willing to chat about our daughters day and give feedback. They are also prompt with emails if I ever have a question or query. For me as a first time mother, my transition back to part time work was made a little easier knowing my daughter was in the hands of wonderful, caring staff. We highly recommend Caring for Kids. My son has been attending this center since it opened earlier this year. We moved him from another center in the area as... My son has been attending this center since it opened earlier this year. We moved him from another center in the area as we were unhappy with the quality of care. Since he has been here I have been so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and procedures. The quality of care and the personal attention my son and my family receive upon pick up/ drop off and even throughout the day if incidents occur etc. The center is new and well cleaned and maintained. Food from what I have seen in the morning is freshly prepared on site and looks and smells delicious. My son raves about what he ate at school. Yesterday my son left his comfort teddy at home. I thought he could get through the day without it but after a few hours the center called me to inform me he was unhappy and unsettled. I dropped it off for him. That afternoon we could not locate the teddy at pick up. A huge worry as he depends on that bear to sleep at night. The staff located the bear and called me offering to drop it to my house if he needed it for the evening. I am blown away by the thoughtfulness of the gesture. I have never encountered a center that truly goes above and beyond like this. I am so pleased to have my son attend caring 4 kids north Richmond. I commend all the staff for their kindness and interest. I cannot recommend this center highly enough! Read more

We are so so happy with the school! We have two children, one preparing for primary school and one baby and both are... We are so so happy with the school! We have two children, one preparing for primary school and one baby and both are absolutely thriving here and excited to go to school, even baby! We receive consistant communication from their carers and educators who genuinely seem invested in them. Fees are very reasonably, especially with all the additional services/resources/events/classes. I only wish they were around when my eldest was younger! Read more

I moved my son when it opened from a centre where he never settled and was hysterical at every drop off and pick up and within his first week I noticed a drastic change! A few months in now and drop offs are a dream he is settled and happy. Communication is fantastic. The food provided is nutritious and varied. All the educators are wonderful and very engaging and hands on. I could not have hoped for a better second family for my son. Would highly recommend to anyone needing care for their littlies!
