My family moved to Armidale in 2024 while Wholechild was being built. I looked into getting my daughter into a daycare nearby and the waitlists were far too long. Luckily Wholechild had just finished construction and were accepting enrolments and my daughter was one of the lucky ones to be first on the list. She has been attending for 2 years and it is truly the place of dreams. This establishment have been constantly improving from their already exceptional standards. The staff are lovely. My daughter knows everyone in the establishment including the lovely chef who makes the most INCREDIBLE foods for the children and even provides staff and parents with coffees and treats. I have especially appreciated their focus on safety. With every incident i hear involving childcare in the news, Wholechild will introduce new methods of securing the safety of the children. There was a particular story released last year of a man somewhere else in Australia who had managed to leave his child in the car the whole day while attending work after he forgot to drop said child to daycare. Unfortunately the child didn't survive. This particular story was horrific and Wholechild caught wind of it and decided to implement and new sign in method for the days your child is supposed to attend, if they have not been signed in by 9am, you will receive a notification and be given a couple options: Not Attending, On Our Way (Third option, i can't quite remember) but this allowed educators and parents to keep track of attendances while preventing devastating events. I receive a phone call every time an injury or incident takes place involving my child to which they will then send an incident form to sign, no matter how small or insignificant it may be. Childcare take measures to reassure parents of their children's safety at all times by running regular background checks on all their staff and much more. I couldn't be happier with their service and hope to here of more establishments being built across Australia. My daughter has learned so much and will be attending Kindergarten next year and Wholechild will be sorely missed. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone searching for the perfect place. The rates are excellent and much the same as any other though in my opinion, this company is far superior to any other I've ever seen. I'm so grateful to all the staff who work at this centre for giving my daughter the most incredible schooling experience i could ever ask for. Truly and out of all places, I'm so glad we arrived in Armidale in time for the greatest childhood my kids could have had.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Wholechild. The staff are wonderful. The building and it's facilities are amazing. We're all so happy with everything!

My two boys have only just started here but so far I am very impressed. A great facility with friendly and professional staff.
