Highly suggest NOT sending your child here. The lack of supervision, professionalism, care of children in general is insane. The recents events going... Highly suggest NOT sending your child here. The lack of supervision, professionalism, care of children in general is insane. The recents events going on his with the poor management of them as well is a sign the centre should not be operating. The high staff turnover in my son’s short time did not help him settle in at all, the atmosphere inside the centre instantly feels off. I sent my son in with all specific creams and powder specifically filled forms out and they did not use his powder once, or his creams which explains why he came home with a red bum. Even though I specifically asked them to use powder each bum change due to his skin type along with his creams as he has a skin condition, When I collected his things both that and his creams were unopened. Due to the recent investigations going on there and me finding out from a fb post and how the centre didn’t even have the decency to advise attending parents, amongst what we already experienced in a short time, I withdrew my child and he’s in much better hands at our new centre.
