Finding the right family day care for our daughter was one of the most important decisions we had to make as working parents. Being a premature baby, we wanted a place where she would not only be safe but also nurtured with love, patience, and care. After an extensive search, we were incredibly lucky to find Yesmin’s Day Care—and we can confidently say that Yesmin is the most wonderful carer we have ever come across. Our daughter started at Yesmin’s when she was just 9 months old, and she remained there until she started school. The love, dedication, and high standard of care Yesmin provides is beyond words. Even now, in Year 2, despite having moved away from Bankstown, our daughter still asks to go back to Yesmin’s vacation care every school holiday. It is truly rare to see such a strong and lasting bond between a child and a carer, and that speaks volumes about the warmth and passion Yesmin puts into her work. I am grateful for Yeasmin Daycare’s positive impact on my child. When he first started the daycare, he struggled with separation and cried a lot, as many children do. However, with Yeasmin’s patience and gentle approach, he gradually settled in and became comfortable in the new environment. She went above and beyond to help my child making sure he felt safe and supported at all times. She creates a nurturing and stimulating environment where children not only feel loved but also learn essential skills and knowledge. My daughter has attended Yeasmin's family daycare since 2021 with my second daughter starting earlier this year. Yeasmin maintains a very clean, kid friendly environment and caters to my children's individual needs. A great mix of play and learning is provided to my daughters. Spacious indoor and outdoor play areas with both heating and cooling to cater to the weather throughout the year. My children have learned and grew so much since attending this daycare. Yeasmin maintains good communication with myself about my children.

I have been going here since my daughter was under a year old until she was two. She first came in disliking shoes but that was long gone once she was there. Yeasmin has looked after my daughter and other kids really well. She looks after them like her own. There has always been great communication between myself and Yeasmin. All of my child's development and progress was regularly updated for me to see. I would have stayed if I didn't have to move. The environment is in the heart of her home and really gives a cosy and homely feel. I can always see the kids being attached to Yeasmin.

Our little one has been attending Yeasmin's Family Day Care since Sept 2020. Yeasmin will look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. Because of this, he has learnt so much. For example, he was hitting some milestones (such as, speaking words, feeding himself independently, learning his manners) earlier than we had expected as autonomy and independence are highly encouraged. Play learning is also adopted which allows him to learn but also have fun at the same time. The kids are asked about activities that they would like to do that day so that each child's varying interests are met. It is comforting and reassuring to know that our son is in good hands and being well looked after when we drop him off. He has so much fun at school, he doesn't want to come home at the end of the day, which re-affirms our decision to send him to this daycare. In terms of facilities, there is both an indoor and outdoor play area at the venue. There is both cooling and heating systems available to accomodate for the different seasons. There are also washrooms where my son is currently being toilet trained (Thank you Yeasmin for helping us with another milestone!) I would highly recommend sending this daycare.

My daughter and son have attended Yeasmin’s Family Day care since 2019. As a parent of two kids, initially it was little bit hard for us to manage them. But after enrolling them to Yeasmin’s day care Center, I became stress free. Because after admitting, I realised the difference comparing with others. She is very professional and well maintained and she always try to teach the kids how to become independent. She helped them to wash their hands before and after taking foods, to study in a group and also to share toys etc. My little one only two years old but he has learned so many different different words and manners. I am so amazed when I see, she maintains high standards services like nice and clean sleeping room, well beyond playground and so many learning tools and books. Today, I am glad my wife chose Yeasmin’s Familly Day Care after we visited several other outfits years ago. Located in a closed estate with limited traffic, child friendly fully equipped park and ample parking space, this family child care was the ideal facility we had in mind. Being from a CALDS background, we wanted someone who understood the importance of culture, and the need to teach children the essence of respect and discipline, to always be appreciative and the significance of these words...SORRY, EXCUSE ME and THANK YOU. Above all, someone who respects different religions, has the fear of God and the desire to live in harmony with righteous standard, the awareness of being accountable for motive, thoughts, words and action. All these qualities, we found in Yeasmin. Yeasmin’s love for kids, hands on approach and one-on-one teaching is easily seen when our twins interact with other kids, they are always happy, playful, positive and can't wait to get out the house. Yeasmin’s facility is modern, fully equipped with early learning materials, very very spacious, excellent cooling system for summer season and heating system for the winter season. From our calculations, our twins are over 6 months ahead of their peers, and we attribute this to the wonderful work Yeasmin has been doing since our twins were 12 months old. I highly recommend this early day care facility and I am giving it 5 STARS and a 110%. Keep up the good work Yeasmin, KC & IFY love you dearly.

My daughter has attended Yeasmin's Family Day Care since September 2018. She was one and a half years old at that time and extremely anxious of being without me. I have tried to leave her at other family day care services previously, but she did not settle anywhere else. She is a strong willed little girl and Yeasmin caught onto that very quickly, unlike any other carer I have had in the past. Yeasmin ensured that she was gentle, firm and patient, and I must say that I was very surprised by how quickly my daughter settled with her. The nature of my work meant that I regularly would drop off my daughter while she's still in her PJs. Yeasmin allowed her to complete her sleep, change her, clean her and feed her with love. As a client, my daughter nor I have ever felt rushed and uncared for by Yeasmin. She went above and beyond what her job requires her to do and I am very grateful to her for it. Yeasmin has many noteworthy practises, but some of the ones that I appreciate the most are: - She encourages children to have autonomy over their food and play choices, while still reinforcing good manners and rules (e.g. washing hands before and after eating). - She has an extensive play area both inside and outdoors in her backyard. She regularly takes children to the park as well. - She encourages lots of imaginative play and does not rely on screen time. - She is always calm and patient with the children, as well as parents. - She focuses on skills that parents would like her to focus on. For example, my daughter learnt to brush her teeth, learnt her colours and learnt some table manners from Yeasmin. I highly, highly recommend this service. Every time I have gone to pick her up, my daughter wanted to stay a little bit longer at Yeasmin's house. I have another little one now and I am on maternity leave at the moment. When I am back at work, I really hope Yeasmin has two empty spots for my two daughters because I know my kids will be safe, happy and engaged with Yeasmin.

My daughter has been attending Yeasmin’s Familly Day Care since September 2018 when she was just nine months old. Being a parent of an extreme pre-mature baby, we were so worried to put our little one at day care and it was really hard for us to choose a safe hand for her. And now she is two and half year old and we find her very happy at Yeasmin’s Familly Day Care. She loves attending the service here five days a week, she is treated very well and with extra care. I am constantly updated with her progress throughout the day which is very encouraging especially when I receive photos or videos of her it enlightens me for the whole day. The educator is amazing, always have smiles on her face and very friendly with the children. She always keeping me posted on the things my daughter does new that they were proud about and she is a call away with very prompt responses. The Day care facility is very well maintained and the educator is very passionate, dedicated and professional and I defiantly will recommend this Family day care to other parents.
