Our experience with Journey Childcare Centre in Seymour has been amazing. Our son had been to other childcare centres/family day care & this is definitely the happiest he has been. They really work hard to make sure the children learn and grow. Our son had a medical incident recently & the staff were calm & wonderful & very well trained to deal with the situation. Our child will definitely happily be staying in this centre until he has to start school.

If we could give a six star rating, we would! They say the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, however in this instance it really is. The Journey-Seymour team from the get go - made the tour, enrolment, transitioning and kinder processing, absolutely exceptional. A shout out to each of you for the daily dedication and support that you give, in helping our little tomorrows grow! We look forward to seeing our sons next chapters and precious milestones made with Journey-Seymour.

Both of my children have been attending since May, and I couldn’t be happier. My son absolutely adores the educators—he runs up to them with hugs every time we arrive! The staff are incredibly friendly, always informative, and clearly care deeply about each child’s well-being, not just while they’re at daycare but beyond. The food always sounds fantastic, and according to my kids, it’s “very yummy!” The centre itself is beautifully designed—open, bright, and welcoming. Hats off to whoever created such a warm and inviting space. It’s always the perfect temperature inside, which makes it all the more comfortable.

Staff are amazing, the meals are nutritional, the space is engaging and my kids are both happy there. I really appreciate the staff not wearing strong perfume because in our old daycare they came home smelling like the fragrance section of myer. The place is incredibly clean, i like how there are no carpets and it's all floorboard (save for some small shaggy rugs in the infants room which i can overlook). The staff update the parents all day via the app on the children's routines and send photos. This is the third daycare we have put my 3 year old in, the other 2 he cried and screamed every day at drop off. He actually looks forward to coming to journey seymour, which makes my life that much easier.

Great brand new facility with an amazing outdoor play space for hours of fun. My children’s transition to daycare has been so smooth. Very friendly caring staff. Couldn’t be happier.
