My kid enjoyed the life in Noriter every day, the educators here are all very caring and provide me with a lot of feedback. My child has shown many positive changes here. I am grateful that, at the beginning of my child’s life, we encountered such wonderful educators at the childcare center.

This is our first childcare for our son Emmett, and as a parent of a child with serious food allergies, I was very anxious at the start. One year on, I can truly say he is thriving, growing, learning, and becoming more adventurous every day. The educators are absolutely amazing in every way, and the daily updates are so reassuring. The director is also very hands-on and regularly keeps us informed, which gives us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a caring and supportive centre.

Very welcoming and friendly teachers and staff. My little one cried at first, but she’s now settled, enjoys playing with other kids, and has formed a lovely bond with her teachers. The teachers are always happy to chat about her progress and behavior. She’s learned so much, follows routines well, has become more independent, and gained a lot of confidence. I highly recommend this place. 💛

This is the first childcare that we have sent our child and they have been attending for more than a year now. We are planning to move house but haven’t been able to, since we can’t find a childcare comparable in the suburb that we are planning to relocate. The educators at Noriter are absolutely fantastic. You can tell that they have a vested interest in the development and wellbeing of our child and work towards our goals with us. They are responsive to feedback and communicate constantly via phone calls, daily updates and weekly reflections. We initially picked Noriter due to their multilingual emphasis of their program but honestly the entire environment is fantastic. At this rate we might have to move when my child is ready to start school.

The noriter bilingual services in Springvale is the first childcare my daughter has attended. and I feel no regrets! They are open for the families to be involved in ideas and opinions and the centre updates the themes and revolving seasonally as well. Certainly it was more than what I expected when I sent her to childcare. The teachers seems really happy and proud of my child when they share with me whenever she enters into new milestones and improve her skills. Really love everyone I met there. Thank you for being so considerate with me since I was not very involved due to my personal circumstances but I do appreciate your roles and passion in raising children happy and interactive environment.

The Noriter Springvale is excellent. Always been so happy with how amazing every member of staff is, it’s like a little family. The center director Joanna is friendly and very helpful. My daughter enjoys going to the center. She mentions the educators names with joy when she isn’t at the center. Professional and compassionate staff, couldn’t ask for a better experience with a center! 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

My son has been attending Noriter Springvale for 6 months now. The staff are very caring, engaging and attentive. I've always felt that he's well taken care of and he's always calm and happy to see me at pick up. Anytime that the educators or myself have had a concern, such as not eating as well as usual or noticing a change in behaviour, the communication has been great. The rooms are spacious and well set out- both indoors and outdoors. My son loves to explore so I know that he would be happy with having space to roam and play in different areas. The room that my son is in has a no shoes policy which is great because he was still crawling when he started in that room so it felt more hygienic.

My daughter attends daycare here and the team and educators at noriter Springvale goes above and beyond to settle her in. They made sure to make her feel comfortable in her room taking time to get to know my child, her interests and working with her social, emotional needs and fostering strong sense of belonging in her environment. As a parent, I feel at ease knowing she well looked after and she always has a great time here doing different activities. They have many facilities including a sensory room!
