Highly recommend sending your children to this centre, it’s very welcoming, always greeted with a friendly smile, service is always clean, lots of support; they are good with kids with allergies, you get good photo updates, good conversations with the educators . It feels like family / loving supportive, my child has learned so much and I’m so thankful for them.

At first this was a great day care but ever since the new management came in it's gone down hill me and my wife were paying $70 a fortnight for a while then all of a sudden were behind payments by $130 we made a direct debit of $80 to pay it off slowly then they do a dirty and take $120 in one go very unprofessional the staff are lovely but the management is terrible

Not sure I'll ever find a daycare as as this place anywhere, it's truely devastating that we have had to leave due to moving too far away. The patience these teachers have is just awesome and the food made for the little ones is always amazing and different, you won't regret sending your kiddos here ❤️

Absolutely fantastic centre with all the best educators who are so caring and genuinely want the best for each child. Jana the centre Director is absolutely incredible with all families and children with all different abilities and diversities.

My daughter loves her daycare days.. staff are like family! They always go that extra mile to make the kiddies comfortable. Great food choices and its plentiful throughout the day.

My son has been going here for nearly a year, and he absolutely LOVES it. It's an absolute breath of fresh air to have the easiest drop-offs and be in complete trust and be relaxed knowing my little boy is being looked after so well and cared for. All the staff are gorgeous and the Manager is personable, approachable and a genuinely brilliant person. I have gone back to work full-time and I have been stressed and guilt-ridden about it, but having my son at Mercycare Kelmscott makes it SO much better, because he loves it. They do so many play-based activities, get fed so well and they teach Aboriginal culture which I adore. I get updates throughout the day that help the pangs of missing him. I cannot recommend this daycare enough!

I was very nervous sending my youngest to daycare at 18 months old, in the midst of the drama of 2020 and covid. I had never sent my older children to daycare so when I heard via word of mouth Mercy Care Kelmscott would be wonderful for him we decided to place him there. The staff are wonderful and caring, they take time to have a chat about any concerns or even just to share a cute story from the day. Communication is excellent via the Xplor app and email as well. My son has thrived in the last two years attending MercyCare ELC. He has speech delays and other developmental conditions and I have felt nothing but support for him. It really is a wonderful facility with very high standards for care and cleanliness where you know your child will be lovingly looked after🤗

My daughter and son both started at MercyCare Kelmscott Early Learning Centre last year and a bit. She is now 5 and he is almost 2 and both of them look forward to their selected days and after school care Each of the educators are great with the kids and care about their learning and interests. We couldn't be happier - and it makes the day to day routines so much easier for both the kids, and the parents! But also they understand if a child is different to other children so they help in anyways possible to make it easier for the child and educators !

We’ve been at Mercycare for four years and I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else!
