Our son attended Robina First for 3 y, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we ALL gained. From the day he started to the day they had their little graduation, the place was always filled with warmth, support and care. Teachers in Mabo helped us so much at the beginning each morning to settle him with cuddles and kind words. It feels like family from the moment you walk in, its small, all the teachers know all the kids, the way the classrooms are set up next to each other. Place has a playground my son absolutely loved, it was always neat and tidy with plenty of toys and Miss Adriana and Miss Jan put lots of work managing the place to run smooth.<br>Great educators & amazing support staff, they all have made this experience truly special. My two kids have been attending Robina First since 2021. The staff are consistent, attentive, and caring. It’s also not a very big daycare, which contributes to the high-quality service :-)

I previously worked at Robina First Early Learning Centre from 2013 where I took my daughter aged 2.5 I worked for 1 year before going on maternity leave for 1 year. During this time I got to know Ms Jan who was my daughter’s preschool teacher. I can say she kept the children engaged all day with songs and interesting experiences. Once I returned to work Ms Jan took the role as assistant Director and soon after Director. I can’t fault her as a Director she knows the police’s and procedures inside out. She is supportive of all staff and lends a helping hand in any way. Weather it be doing a group time, changing nappies, making beds or mopping. The children are always flocking to her in the yard and popping in her office with their parents for a quick hello at drop off or pick up. I have learnt a lot working underneath Ms Jan. Shes kind hearted, supportive and knowledgeable. I enrolled my son at the same centre once he was 15 months. However during COVID I took some time off and returned to Robina First after 6 months leave. Robina First isn’t just a job it’s a family owned business that treats all staff like their own family. Sadly after over 10 years of service at Robina First I decided to move to Cairns and worked in a large centre which has over 115 centres for only 3 months. I have now left the industry as no centre can compare to Robina First and Ms Jan as a Director.

Outstanding centre run by none better than Miss Grandma Jan! As our daughter starts Prep this year, my wife and I would like to thank all the awesome staff who have been apart of our daughters journey these past 3 years, she moves up to school very well prepared due to the excellent curriculum and educational programs run here. The staff have been incredibly kind and caring, and the children are always happy. This positive atmosphere is a testament to the leadership of Miss Jan and Miss Adrianna. Thank you, team! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for quality care.

Robina first is so much more than just a childcare centre, they are a family. One we are so lucky & thankful to be a part of. They have helped bring our boy up to be the most beautiful, happy, loving little man we could’ve ever asked for & we are so lucky to have our little girl there now too. Our children have/are always so well cared for by this amazing team & Miss Jan has always gone above & beyond to help since we first met 8 years ago. We will be forever grateful for the love, support & nurturing our babies have received throughout this time in their lives. Can’t recommend Robina First highly enough 🩷

Our daughter has attended Robina First Early Learning Centre for several years and we have been highly impressed with the service. The educators are knowledgeable, kind and hardworking. We love the various activities that they organise for the kids. We have been particularly impressed with the centre manager, Ms Jan. It is clear that she is passionate about her job and invested in the development of the kids.

A fantastic early learning centre. The kids absolutely love it and Jan, Adriana and all of the staff are kind, caring and generous. They always go above and beyond with their care for the kids. Would highly recommend.

The best childcare centre!!! I have now had 2 children go right through from the babies room up to the kindy program and I have nothing but the highest praise for this centre. Jan goes above and beyond and has been such an amazing part of our kids journey. My kids learnt so much, were always happy and the team have been lovely. A big thank you to Jan, Wei, Pridhi, Adriana and Kim who have had such a big impact on our children and made our time at the kindy a happy, caring, learning and fun time. I know my kids have been well cared for and always come home happy and smiling. I could not recommend this Childcare centre more highly.
