Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Mount Louisa is conveniently located on Bayswater Road, close to Mount Louisa shops and RAAF Base Townsville. Our centre comprises two buildings, catering for children from birth to school age, with age-appropriate rooms filled with toys and books to support the development of social, intellectual, and physical skills.

Our team of early learning professionals is highly qualified or furthering their studies, providing your child with quality care and learning opportunities. We work closely with families to create educational goals and care routines, incorporating each child's strengths and interests into their daily program. Learning is supported through sensory, play-based experiences, following the Early Years Learning Framework.

Our Storypark platform, family nights, and newsletters keep parents informed and allow for personalised learning experiences. Outdoors, children can explore a bike track, tend to our veggie garden, and engage in cooking and art activities, all of which foster social, emotional, and physical growth.

At Mount Louisa, we value community and regularly participate in local events. We provide daily art and music experiences to inspire creativity, and our in-house cook ensures children receive nutritious meals.

Our centre has been recognised with two prestigious awards in 2023: the Safety Leadership award for prioritising safety, and the Advancing Reconciliation award for honouring the culture and contributions of First Nations people.
