My daughter attended Jacaranda from 6 months old until recently, and if we hadn’t needed to relocate, we would have absolutely stayed.<br><br>For any parent considering this centre, the biggest thing I noticed was how genuinely caring and attentive the educators are. My daughter formed beautiful bonds with her educators (special mention to Miss Ivy, Miss Yoshi and Miss Cris) and every educator I interacted with was warm, welcoming and reassuring. As a first-time parent, that made a huge difference when leaving my baby at daycare.<br><br>The daily routine is structured but not overly rigid, with a good balance of sleep, meals, play, reading and activities. I really liked that the children stay with their age group, as it creates consistency and allows the educators to tailor activities to their developmental stage. The children are well fed, and there are plenty of opportunities for engagement and play throughout the day. Happy Feet was also a big hit!<br><br>The communication is another big positive. The app is very user-friendly and makes it easy to keep up with your child throughout the day. They regularly share updates, photos and videos, which I loved being able to look back on. The team is also easy to contact and very receptive to feedback.<br><br>Practically, the centre has a secure undercover car park, which is a huge plus for drop-off and pick-up, especially with a little one. It’s easily accessible and made those busy mornings much easier.<br><br>Most importantly, I always felt that my daughter was safe, cared for and genuinely known by the educators. That level of trust is so important when choosing childcare.<br><br>We were genuinely sad to leave and only did so because we had to move further away. I would happily recommend Jacaranda to other parents looking for a caring, welcoming and well-run centre.<br><br>Thank you to all the educators for everything you’ve done for my daughter and our family. I visit Jacaranda each Thursday to run a children’s health and fitness program. I can honestly say this is a very welcoming and well-run centre that I have the pleasure of working with and really make me feel like family.<br><br>The educators are always friendly, organised, and genuinely engaged with the children, creating a warm and positive atmosphere from the moment you arrive.<br><br>The children are respectful, enthusiastic, and eager to participate, which reflects the nurturing environment the team has created. It's clear that the educators put a great deal of care into building strong relationships and encouraging curiosity and confidence in every child.<br><br>The staff always go out of their way to ensure incursions run seamlessly. It's a pleasure to visit, and I always look forward to returning each week!

​As we head into our final week at Jacaranda before my little man starts school, I wanted to take the time to share another review. My son has attended Jacaranda for four years and has absolutely loved it. The staff are truly amazing and they genuinely care for every child. ​Yesterday, we attended our son’s graduation from Kindy, and it was such a special occasion. The team here always goes above and beyond to celebrate both the small and big milestones. Their incursion programs—including "Happy Feet" at no extra cost—keep the children so engaged. We also love their monthly calendars, which include fun events like bike day and everyone’s favorite during the hot months: water play day! ​There will definitely be many tears next week as we say goodbye to the team that helped shape my little boy and prepared him so well for big school. We can't thank you enough!

Their daily activity schedule is varied and fun every week, bringing in hosts like Happy Feet, dancing, Recycle Man, and a yoga teacher to engage the kids. 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️🪇🥁🎸 The environment is so clean, and so many high quality beautiful toys that my child adores. I'm particularly impressed with their professional chef with hotel chef outfit who prepares yummy meals.😆👨‍🍳🍔🥦🍉🫐🍓 Having searched through so many daycares, I am beyond grateful to have discovered Jacaranda. ❤️❤️❤️ Their staff's genuine care and dedication are evident, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent seeking the best for their child.

We love Jacaranda. My daughter loves most of the staff, especially Miss Sara and Miss Cris, they are more than accomodating and patient with her. They even take the time to reassure you by message that your child is okay if they have had a tough start to the morning which to me is amazing and gives you the peace of mind. Couldn’t recommend them enough. 📚 ☀️ My daughter has been here since nursery and is now in junior kindy. Time flys! 😭

AVOID THIS CENTER!!! Do not trust the Director JULIA. She makes up her own rules whenever she please and change these same rules all the time or If for any reasons, you have to use this center, please check your account on weekly basis, random charges will be taken out of your account. If Julia offers a "Make up day" do not accept it or trust her because she will make you pay for it, she will declare the extra day to Centrelink and you will go over your subsidy. Hygiene......Shoes are allowed in the Nursery room!!!! meaning every parent or staff member entering the nursery with their shoes will leave dirt on the floor and your little one will crawl all day in that outside dirt! Shouldn't be allowed if they had a decent manager that cares for kids rather than her back pocket. Zero flexibility in regards to drop off or pick up, $2 per minute if you drop off a little early and same for pick up, oh wait....sometimes it s $2 , sometimes it's $3, depends on how JULIA feels that day or which parent she speaks to. This person SHOULD NOT be in charge of a center, she cares more about money that anything else. Thank you Miss Cris, Miss IVY and Miss Neha, I m sorry we had to take our son out of this center, nothing personal and we are grateful for the care you gave him but we feel sorry for you guys to have a boss like JULIA. We have launched a statement review with Centrelink so they can investigate the charges and also alerted ACCC about the fraudulent charges and the constant change of rules in this center STAY AWAY! ps: The 1 star is for the kindness of the staff, not for the center or the director JULIA

The staff at Jacaranda are amazing, I had my child start in the Nursery and has left in the Kindergarten to go to Big school, highly suggest this day care.
