My 2 year old son has been going to Journey for a year as I write this review and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are extremely friendly and caring and they go above and beyond for the children there. The centre manager is extremely caring and professional. She invests a lot of her time and energy in making sure she addresses any feedback and concerns that I have as a parent and works with the educators very carefully to ensure my son's needs are met. The centre has organised a lot of fun community activities for the kids and parents. Both the incursions and excursions are fantastic experiences for the kids. The chef is a friendly face who greets us every morning when we drop our son off. He has been cooking healthy, nutritious and delicious meals that my son absolutely gobbles up. Even the vegies! The facilities are all so beautifully set up, extremely clean, the toys and play areas are engaging and Montessori inspired. All the educators put in a lot of time and effort building a strong, positive relationship with the kids and creating fun learning activities. They regularly keep us updated with their Storypark app and photos/videos. There is so much planning and effort in their care to suit every child's individual needs. My son has been thriving and loves attending daycare. He's learnt to communicate so well and they have modelled really positive behaviour for him. He loves all his friends and the carers there. I could not be happier! As an anxious, first time mother, Journey has really put my mind at ease because I know my son is happy and safe there (we often have to drag him home) and they have strong communication with me.
