We had many issues with this service and would not recommend. Had 2 serious incidents with only 1 being reported to ECRU. Ipads are used way to often. Some staff were passionate and cared but most were yelling at children even if parents were present.

Absolutely disappointing. When I walk past kids are supervised the educator's are always on the pads. Ever enough staff to the amount of kids. On numerous occasions ive seen 1 staff member to 19 kids. Every disappointing for such a big centre.

Very messy. Staff are too focused on Ipads all the time. When i Pick my son up, there will always be someone typing away on the Ipad. Sometimes dont even notice that I’m collecting my son. Staff are always speaking in their language around children. Look i understand speaking in their own time, maybe during lunch breaks, but around customers and the children seems not too good especially when I see the third or the other staff on their own.

Busy Bees Wellard really is a safe haven to my baby boy. Being a teacher myself I set high standards for the teachers looking after my son. The teacher are always kind and Lauren professionally develops the teachers at her centre. My child is happy and we are also happy every time we drop him and fetch him. Even Caitlyn, the other manager, goes down to the classes and gives the kids cuddles. It’s heart warming to know that both Lauren and Caitlin have their own kids but they also make time for ours. Thank you so much for ensuring my boy is safe and happy.

My Daughter has been doing her work placement here, she has been treated very well, all staff have been very welcoming towards her, she feels the staff have a world of knowledge, are very respectful and also encouraging, highly recommend.

Amazing staff, our daughter absolutely loves it! Can’t thank them enough for all they have have done for our little girl! Their program Xap however is extremely buggy and not at all user friendly, browser version isn’t that much better, completely running it’s own show elsewhere leaving us in quite a huge pickle. Not well designed for the service required at all

We’ve had our little one at Busy Bees since she was 2 and now heading in her last year there before Pre Primary. The staff have been amazing and our little one loves going there. They even have brekkie on the go for parents every morning. Thank you Busy Bees Wellard!
