This place has so much potential, unfortunately the management is absolutely useless. Our daughter has experienced trauma after one of the educators had left her alone in the classroom and shut the door. 3 years old body language is very obvious if you are trying to figure out where the truth is. The educator did not care to fix the situation, rather avoided any eye contact. I've raised this to the management and requested a meeting with the educator few months ago. Assured that this matter is taken seriously I haven't received any response to this date. Sends the message loud and clear not to mention the manager has met me on several occasions and pretended there is nothing hanging in the air. There are few educators who truly love their job and I am very grateful for those as thanks to them our little one learned to trust teachers again. Read more
