My husband and I both work in the Royal Australian Navy and due to my work commitments, I had to find full time care for our then 6 month old daughter earlier than anticipated. I interviewed several FDC educators before I met Lucinda. Instantly I knew that she was the right fit for Ella. Not only has Ella been nurtured and loved since such a young age by the whole Cullen family, she has surpassed her developmental milestones due to the focus on fun learning used by Willow Tree Day Care. There has been several occasions where either my husband or myself have been sent away for several months at a time. Lucinda made sure we had constant photos and Ella updates, just like we were home. On days when I was unwell, Lucinda or her beautiful daughters would save us dinner or baked treats. I cannot speak highly enough of Willow Tree Day Care or the entire Cullen family. We were truly treated like part of a blessed family.

Being our first time as parents, it was hard to find care for our beautiful boy, until we found this family day care. i would say it has been a blessing for our son and us. My son has come to love this family as his second home. he loves it there and Lucinda and family has provided care for our son in special ways...God bless this family.

Willowtree day care was our third day care facility we used and definitely the best! Lucinda is a very caring and nurturing educator and has such enthusiasm for her work. She is highly skilled in the care of others and provides a fun, safe and educational environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending her child care services for your children. Its is a home from home :)

As a first time mum I was frantic at the thought of having to leave my baby girl at a big daycare where I thought she could be open to more bugs and not as much care as the child to career ratio.. Then I found willowtreee and I couldn't be more extatic! Not only is Lucinda amazing with my baby girl who squeals with delight when I drop her off but her beautiful family are just as warm and welcoming (also very crafty and creative) which is the best environment I could possibly have my daughter in.. We love it and when I'm at work Im thinking of work and not worrying about my baby because I know she is having the time of her life!
