We are grateful for the support and love for your children. The staff get so excited helping the kids reach there educational and life milestones. Polly Li has been an outstanding role model and care giver. She shoes enthusiasm and has so much passion for my family and the families at Hei. My eldest son has a great relationship and Polly has helped mold his values and care for his friends. Jonna looks after my youngest and he gets so excited to spend time with her, she is so great, caring and imaginative as the baby room lead Educator. Kerian has worked with my eldest child and instils respect for his peers, attentive listening and a safe environment that the children can integrate with their learning- teaching these key skills to kinder and pre kinder are so so precious and valuable.

My son has been going to hei emerald for over a year and a half. He was very nervous when he first arrived but Polly made him feel very reassured and he adjusted quickly. Polly is so warm and comforting, my son adores her, he even refers to Hei as 'polly's house'. Sindy has helped to make the transition to kinder easy, she has been instrumental in helping him with his toilet training and become more independent in a caring and supporting way. He is genuinely excited to see his carers each morning when I drop him off, it is such a relief to know how content he is at childcare/kinder.

My daughter has been at Hei Schools since August this year - 2024. I was initially a stress head (being my first) but the school could not have been more accommodating and kind. Especially with my frequent check ins early on. Clemantina runs a tight ship and is always informative, kind and welcoming. The Possum Room educators are just wonderful. Where my daughter was initially crying at every drop off she now practically running at them, so excited for school. It gives me so much peace that she is in good hands. Even the toddler room staff/morning staff who see her are so friendly and welcoming to my little girl. Special mention to the room leader, Jonna, who always goes above and beyond to keep us informed & relaxed. Kelly who has become a big buddy to my little girl and always greets us in the morning with a friendly smile. Kanaha, Meagan & Preeti for being such kind and caring educators. Thank you to all for making it a wonderful start and can't wait to see how my little one blossoms in this wonderful school.

Hei has been wonderful for my two kids over the past 9 months. The staff are extremely dedicated and the centre has a welcoming, family feel! Clementina is always quick to respond to any queries and the educators are very loved by my kids! Hei has been our first experience of childcare and we are grateful to have had their support during a big transition in our family.

Hei school has welcomed my son and the family with open arms.The staff have made us feel very comfortable and respected our values. I am so grateful to have a wonderful team to educate, guide Nd support our spirited pre kinder boy.

Great new Centre management team and Awesome educators

We have been sending our child there for 12 months. Hei has gone through a big transition with staffing issues. However the current carers are nothing but caring and passionate about the kids and have always done the best with the resources available to them. In particular Polly was amazing, she greeting us every day with warmth and enthusiasm. With her warm welcome our child felt comfortable and happy. If we ever had any concerns we could approach her directly and she would always endeavour to help. Thank you Polly

I had my son in Hei for a very for a short period of time and had a really disappointing experience. They had spots available immediately which was a big red flag considering all other daycares within a 40 min drive had waitlists for months/years. When they booked him in they charged me a lot more then his CCS covered so I was paying extra for care that most definitely wasn't worth it. On 2 of the days he was booked in for they didnt have any other babies in and obviously didnt want to roster on someone to cover his room so they just put him in the older kids room instead. One of educators in that room, Polly, kept snatching my baby from me as soon as I would arrive when I told the centre director and his other eductor numerous times that I didn't appreciate it and that it upset my son when she did that. I wish I never sent him to this daycare.

We had a delightful experience. I think the staff are wonderful and very passionate about educating their children in their care. It's a nice centre with a warm vibe. My son was welcomed and very happy. As a primary teacher I need my son to be happy and well looked after and I believe centre is that and more. The director Amanda was very polite and welcoming.Thank you
