I sent both of my children to UnitingCare Burwood Preschool, and they truly enjoyed their time there. Even now, they still talk about their teachers and friends and remember their experiences fondly. As a parent, I always felt safe and relieved knowing my children were in such good hands. One thing I really noticed was the stability of the staff. From 2023 until now, there have hardly been any staff changes. In many other childcare centres, you often see new faces every now and then, but that hasn’t been the case here. To me, that shows how well the team is managed and how positive the environment is for both the children and the staff. I also truly appreciate how Karina, Lily, Claire, Priya, Emma, Vanessa, Hithaiyishi and the entire team are always welcoming and inclusive of families from different cultural backgrounds and with different needs. During their time at the preschool, both of my children developed strong social confidence and improved their communication skills. Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the team for their wonderful work and dedication to the children and the community.

My daughter Isabell attended UnitingCare Burwood Preschool in 2022 and we had a wonderful experience. The teachers were incredibly caring and dedicated — they made every child feel welcomed and supported. Isabell loved going there. She especially enjoyed learning and playing with her friends, and the educators always encouraged her interests (she was very into dinosaurs at the time!). We’re truly grateful for the warm and nurturing environment they provided.
