At first glance, it seems welcoming and friendly. But once they take your money to place your child on the waiting list, all communication stops. There's no way to follow up—no responses, no updates, nothing. They’re quick to accept your payment and make promises, but it's clear they don’t truly care. With high demand, they seem to believe they don't need to treat customers with respect. And if this is how things begin, I can only imagine how it might be down the line. There are so many better places around with much better service, so don't waste your time for this one. Read more

I've had my son (4y) for a year at Oxford ELC in Bankstown and he absolutely loves it! My son had not attended... I've had my son (4y) for a year at Oxford ELC in Bankstown and he absolutely loves it! My son had not attended any other Preschool prior and was quite shy at first. Thanks to the educators in the Preschool room, within a month my son had completely changed and was very happy to attend the center every day and has made so much friends. The staff are very caring, attentive and are flexible with assisting parents to celebrate children's Birthdays. I highly recommend this center and can't wait to register my second child in the near future. Read more
