I only have positive things to say about Leaps and Bounds Highgate. The building and outside areas are in good condition and always clean. The manager of the Centre, Andrezza, is personable, efficient, responsive and very professional. And the carers in every classroom seek to engage with parents and provide children with customised care that responds to each child's needs. My son has gone here since he was 11 months old in the baby room and is now in his final year in the Kindy room. He will be so upset to leave Leaps and Bounds when he goes to school full-time, as will we!

Our son has been attending Leaps & Bounds since he was 11 months - he is now in kindy . We are so pleased we chose L&B. It is expertly run, staffed by a team of young enthusiastic people and has been wonderful for our son. I have also met many new friends in a little community that forms around the centre. We couldn't be happier to be part of Leaps and Bounds.

Both my kids went to this childcare centre and we all loved it. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff put a lot of thought into creating engaging learning experiences. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our kids are in such good hands. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a supportive and nurturing childcare centre.We only left because we moved houses.

I can't express more gratitude for your amazing centre. When my son came into your care he was navigating a house move and complete refusal to go back to his daycare. Within days he was thriving and some days not wanting to leave! Moving to Leaps and Bounds had a profound impact on our little family and I couldn't be more grateful. Leaps and Bounds is truly the best childcare we could have hoped for. Our daughter has attended for the past 3 years, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff are incredibly dedicated, and there is a genuine family feeling throughout the centre. All the educators know all the children—even those in different rooms. It really shows how much care and continuity there is. We especially value that they don’t rely on external casual staff who don’t know the kids. The onsite chef, Judy, is excellent and provides wonderful meals, and Andrezza, the director, is outstanding. She leads an amazing team of educators who are all caring, professional, and deeply invested in the children. We are also very happy that our two other children continue at the centre, which really speaks to the trust and confidence we have in Leaps and Bounds. We feel so grateful to have had our children grow and thrive in such a supportive, nurturing environment. Highly recommend Leaps and Bounds! I say this “with a small mouth,” as it truly feels like our little gem.

Amazing experience

The team and environment at Leaps and Bounds Pre-school are excellent. My children feel safe, have a lot of fun, learn new skills every day and best of all, have developed close, trusting relationships with their teachers / educators. The application of the early years learning framework is great, with fantastic activities to appeal to the children with their particular interests and abilities. It’s very comforting to drop off and pick up happy kids and be greeted by kind, invested staff. Both of my children have attended the centre from two years old until Pre-Primary age and will leave with long lasting, happy memories from their time at the centre.
