We were so fortunate to meet Vera during our most difficult time when my mum could not look after my daughter anymore due to health issues. We are both working full time and very busy at work hence it is critical for us to find a good and trustworthy child care place for our girl so that we can have a peace of mind to focus on working. This is the definitely the place for us and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good child care place. There are so many reasons why we love this place just naming a few here: 1. Vera is an excellent educator because she actually TEACHES rather than just playing and looking after. My girl has learnt so much from Vera including Alphabetics, numerical, words and even Chinese words! We have English speaking environment at home hence it is definitely an advantage for my girl to learn some Chinese from Vera. She can now even recognise some Chinese words already! 2. Vera keeps her centre so tidy and clean, and the smaller group size of kids significantly reduced the chances of getting sick comparing to those larger centres. 3. Vera even cooperated and guided us on toilet training our girl. She has provided huge assistance and support in toilet training her! We simply can not do it without Vera! 4. My girls loves the morning tea and afternoon tea that Vera provides at her place! There are so many varieties of fruits and delicious bread, buns and biscuits etc. that kids love! It also saves me time preparing those for my girl everyday! 5. Vera has a daily schedule for the kids hence there is a good routine for the them to follow so that they can settle more easily. Vera is not just an educator, she has also become our family friend and she is always so supportive and helpful. There was a time we had difficulties picking up our girl due to work, she even kindly asked her husband to send my girl home. She is always willing to do more and beyond. We are just so thankful that my girl is so lucky to go to this place as the places in this FDC are so limited! We just can not say enough thank you Vera! :)

The best ever child care Centre I’ve ever seen on the upper north shore. My daughter was in the waiting list for very long time Until she was admitted, simply because it’s so stable there and no kids wanted to leave unless they are old enough for a preschool. My daughter settled so well even in the first couple of days. She made friend quickly. I love the format of a family day care because it offers the best way for a little one to settle herself into a new environment. She learnt to be away from mum not by crying, but by enjoying herself out there with the other kids and the lots of fun there. The educator for sure is the best! My daughter kissed her good bye every day! I’m so thankful finding this lovely place and the lovely educator randomly from Google map! I knew it’s what I and my daughter wanted from the first moment we stepped into the house!

The place is clean and nice. Miss Vera is super patient and she is really good with kids. My llittle one enjoys there.

Cant wait to leave my kids with Vera~ such a nice and professional mom. Sure they will eat well and learn lots of things from her!

This centre is the best family centre I have ever been to. Great environment, great people! I don't think I could find a better service like this.The educator has become like a second family and always make myself and my children feel so welcome. She is so caring and supportive, my son really like her and I know that he really enjoy his time while he is there. The activities and experiences that are provided have given my son a wonderful experience. Well done!
