My child attended in 2021 & 2022. I just felt I needed to express my gratitude to the care we received from the amazing staff and facilities at Bright Minds Bannockburn. Unfortunately we had to move to Ballarat. Because of the incredible experience we had at Bright Minds, it actually ruined us for Daycares. We never found anything close to the kind of engagement and care we received at Bright Minds. We received a wonderful folder/portfolio each year of all the work our child had done over the year and regular updates through the year. We haven’t received anything like it from subsequent daycares and kinders. Management and the bosses seemed to actually get into the rooms, knew all the children and what was going on. The staff all seemed genuinely happy to be there and totally engaged with the children. So I just thought I’d leave a belated review of our experience, as for some bizarre reason there don’t appear to be many.
