We are so grateful to the entire team for making our daughter's preschool journey such a beautiful and memorable experience. As she has now graduated, we look back with so much happiness and appreciation for all the love, care and support she has received.<br>A special thank you to Sophie, her teacher, for being so kind, caring and supportive throughout her time at preschool. We would also like to thank Kristy for always responding so quickly to our questions and enquiries and for being so helpful and approachable.<br>Our daughter has learned so much, made lovely memories, developed new skills and grown in confidence. We’ve had and still are having a lovely experience with Children First Preschool at Balmoral. The educators are caring, approachable and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of the children.<br><br>We really appreciate the care, patience and understanding the team has shown as our child settles into this new stage of life.<br><br>One thing that really stands out to me is the consistency of the staff. In an industry where staff turnover can be quite high, it speaks volumes that some educators have been with the centre for over 15 years, with very little staff turnover overall. I believe this reflects incredibly positively not only on the educators themselves, but also on the management and the supportive environment they have created. That kind of stability and dedication is becoming increasingly rare in the childcare industry and is something I truly value as a parent.<br><br>The communication has also been wonderful. The educators and management are approachable, listen to parents, take concerns seriously and genuinely work together with families to ensure the children feel safe, supported and comfortable.<br><br>It’s reassuring to know our child is surrounded by familiar faces who genuinely care about their wellbeing and development.<br><br>Thank you to all the wonderful educators, staff and management for the dedication and care you show the children and families. It certainly doesn’t go unnoticed!

Important Review for Parents; (0 star)<br>I am very disappointed with my experience at this childcare centre in Blacktown. My son attended for only two months, and during this time he was regularly upset at pickup and often told me that he did not want to attend. Communication with parents was very poor. When I asked teachers for feedback about my son’s day or raised concerns about his wellbeing and development, I did not feel listened to or supported. Instead of taking parent concerns seriously, the attitude we experienced often felt authoritative rather than caring and educational.<br><br>Teaching is a noble and respectful profession. Children need educators who are patient, caring, supportive and respectful, and parents should also be treated with respect when they raise genuine concerns.<br><br>I understand that the fees at this centre may be lower than some other childcare centres, but lower fees should never mean lower standards of care, communication or professionalism. I strongly encourage parents to visit the centre, ask questions and carefully consider whether it is the right environment for their child before enrolling.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I also had serious concerns about the conduct and practices of some staff members. I believe these concerns should be properly reviewed by management and, if necessary, by the relevant regulatory authorities to ensure the centre is meeting required childcare standards. I have intentionally not mentioned any individual staff names. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared so other parents can make an informed decision.
