UEL Toombul is a fantastic childcare centre and the team of educators, led by the amazing Centre Director - Preston, are simply wonderful. My daughter joined the toddlers room in 2023 and she has just blossomed under the exceptional care, tutelage and immersive learning experiences she’s been given at the centre. And more importantly… she loves going to the centre. All I ever wanted for her was to be able to go somewhere where she felt safe, happy and was allowed to be herself while growing in a nurturing environment… and that’s exactly what she gets at UEL Toombul.

We absolutely adore this centre, the facilities are extremely well maintained and I could not ask for a more caring, supportive and energetic staff. My daughter is always so excited when we pull up and she has such an amazing time everyday she attends. I’d like to give a personal shout out to Preston, the Director, she is an incredibly capable educator and leader of an equally capable team. We are so fortunate to have picked this centre to entrust our daughter’s learning and development in. Thank you to all the incredible staff at Uniting Early Learning Toombul.

I had a tour booked today with the director Preston and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we weren’t greeted by the director but by another staff member who then had to go and find her. We were informed she wouldn't be long. After 10 mins the 21C came and told us that the director was “busy” because they were short staffed and she was outside maintaining ratios. While I understand staffing challenges can happen, this tour had been scheduled in advance by the director herself. The 2IC said she could show us around briefly, but that we would need to speak to the director separately so we could either just rebook for another time or contact the director later. I said that wasn't really acceptable as the director had booked the tour in herself for this time and hadn't called us to reschedule. THe 2IC went back to speak to Preston and I was told she would come in shortly — but by that point we were already 20 minutes past our scheduled time and we had another tour to attend. There was no prior phone call, message, or email to let us know circumstances had changed or to reschedule. I also received no follow-up communication afterwards to apologise or attempt to rebook. First impressions matter enormously when choosing care for your child. Unfortunately, this felt disorganised and unprofessional, and it didn’t give me confidence in the service. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable enrolling my child here.

Incredible caring team led by Preston. Our baby has been going here since 7 months and loves it. Learns so much and really accelerated his milestones like crawling and babbling. 10 months now and nearly walking. Highly recommend.

After attending two other centres in the area, we have now found our home away from home. Preston and her team are the most kind, caring and nurturing humans, creating a true sense of belonging for my child. It’ll be a sad day when my child starts school, but I’m ecstatic with the head start she’s received at United Early Learning Toombul. Thank you team for all that you do xx

Fantastic centre, with a team that genuinely cares!

Preston and the team are wonderful, they have gone the extra mile to help my little one settle in. Lots of outdoor play, all the kids in the centre look happy and like they are having fun. Feels like you are walking into a big friendly house when you arrive. And there are chickens!! 🙂

My daughter started her 1st day in Kindy today. It was her third centre she has attended due to relocation. For the first time ever when I picked her up she asked if I could pick her up later tomorrow 😳 she had soo much fun and didn't want to leave.

We moved our child from another centre to this one and I couldn’t be happier. Preston is the nicest person ever. My son is so happy when he enters and I always collect him in a happy mood playing. They are all super sweet and I couldn’t be happier having these people care for my child.
