WARNING We had the most terrible experience I have ever had from a child care facility in my life. Might I add we have had 5 children attend multiple different facilities over our time. illnesses coming from this facility were the highest experienced. Also on multiple occasions after collecting our child due to the provider’s diagnosis of illness we found our child was actually fine. We had story’s made up about us. We found them very judgmental and also had reports to child services of intimidation and neglect, Which child services closed off with a simple phone call to us. This was very distressing to us as everyone that knows us knows how much we love and care for our 7 children. After we made contact with provider about claims the staff then started to treat us with disrespect. Their price is one of the highest in town which we thought would reflect service provided. We found it didn’t. We have changed providers now and would like to Hope no others go through this like we have had to. I personally would look elsewhere

My kids were crying every day at their previous centre. When I drop them here I hardly get a good bye. Of course they have their days were they don't want me to leave but the educators get them excited for the day. Plus the have a coffee bar so you can grab a coffee before work if you did'nt have time. Or just tell the kids you'll get a coffee and wait around till they are happy. The staff are amazing and we are so happy we waited for them to open. My kids have dolls named after one of their favourite educators. And love the magic tricks that another does. Half the time they ask if is a dc day.
