This daycare is a wonderful place for children. My boys love going and can’t wait for my daughter to start soon. The facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped, and the teachers are caring, attentive, and highly supportive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff does a great job helping children with early learning and development. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their child.

We couldn’t be happier with Greenwood Chatswood East. Our 3-year-old daughter absolutely loves going every day and comes home happy, confident, and full of stories. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The learning programs are engaging, the environment is clean and welcoming, and communication with families is excellent. We feel very lucky to be part of this centre and highly recommend it to other families.

Both of my daughters have attended Greenwood Chatswood East over the past three years, and our experience has been consistently positive. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. The in house chef Sehee cooks a diverse range of healthy meals daily and is wonderfully personable with the kids also. The centre is culturally inclusive and truly multicultural, which we’ve really valued as a family. We’ve felt well supported throughout our time here and are grateful for the care and education our children have received.

We are extremely happy with the environment and the teachers. The classrooms are very clean, and the teachers are very interactive and attentive. We regularly receive feedback and our kid loves going to the centre.

The staff here have a very poor attitude. I completed my placement at this centre, and they showed very little respect for students. They often spoke to us with an unpleasant tone and would assign cleaning tasks in a disrespectful way. This is such a horrible learning environment — there’s no proper support or guidance, and placement students are treated more like cleaners than learners. If this is how they treat a placement student, it really makes you question whether they have the genuine care or patience needed to look after children.

I have a 3.5 year old and a 1 year old, both going to Greenwood Chatswood since they were 8 months old. They both enjoy the place and the educators are lovely ☺️

My two children go to Greenwood Chatswood East. My elder child has been in care for more than 2 years and loves going to the centre. She enjoys all learning experiences and centre events.

If you are a Pre-ETC student, be prepared for a difficult placement. The center director, Angela, and her mother, Frances, may treat you with little to no respect. You might miss your 10-minute afternoon tea break, and Frances may even point in your face and accuse you of lying if she thinks you left for lunch five minutes early. Angela will likely continue to create issues for you, insisting that you respect someone who openly disrespects you. Unfortunately, the only skills you’ll gain at this center are mopping floors and cleaning toilets—don’t expect to learn anything from your mentor. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. If they treat students this poorly, imagine how they treat with your children. Be cautious.

We are lucky to find this childcare facility which is closed to work, provides excellent services, programs, updates and tours. All educators are friendly and well-trained. Our son has managed to settle down pretty quickly.

Wonderful, interactive and full of learning. So much activity, craft and fun play for all the children, day in day out. Best feature is the staff, they are incredibly caring and supportive for individual needs. They have lots of family activities during the year but not too many to handle. Communication, parking and checkin in/out is fast, easy and reliable. We started in May 2023 and couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the centre. Highly recommend.
