was the absolute best center until recently when new management started.<br>They lack duty of care and communication skills, parents are basically left in the dark about every single thing that happens in the center which is appalling.<br>educators yelling at the top of there lungs<br>swearing infront of children.<br>i fear the staff need to redo the qualifications and be drilled on how it all works in childcare because they clearly do not care or understand any of it.<br><br>i could go on for ages about the issues ive had with this center but ill leave it short<br><br>biggest shout out to kalis brooke and feri for being the absolute best staff and going above an beyond for my boys

The staff turnover since new management is shocking.<br>I had so many issues in the first few mounts my daughter attended, former being mix into my daughter water bottle instead of her designated milk bottle, not putting jumpers on, incorrect dummy given but I stayed due to one particular educator, she was great sorted all the issues promptly. she has now left the centre , the first day I dropped my daughter off since the educator in charge of nursery at the time didn’t even know her name, called her the wrong name. This worker has been a float in my daughter’s room prior.<br>I’m not sure why the staff aren’t being allowed to stay until the end of their notice period but it’s truely wrong. These kids need time to transition to. My poor daughter was screaming and would let go of me, the educator had to pull her off of me. I toured a new centre that that. My cousins children have also been pulled for some pretty horrific reasons to.<br><br>This new management needs to sort out their priorities. She says her priority is getting to know families but many parents share the same story or. Being ignored by her. My first interaction with her was basically saying my child is leaving about 2 weeks into her employment.<br><br>Special mention to feri for putting the babies first and doing her absolute best in this rough situation.<br>I do hope she is getting the recognition she deserves.<br>And shout out to the staff this centre regretfully lost Claudia, thank you for always looking out for my baby

I would not recommend this centre. When I accompanied my niece for drop-off one morning, there were several children crying in the yard without any staff member attending to them. My sister had mentioned that a new director had recently started at the service, and when we arrived, neither we nor the children were greeted, which made the environment feel unwelcoming.<br><br>While children were being signed in, the director and another staff member were standing together whispering and giggling amongst themselves. This came across as unprofessional and did not create a welcoming atmosphere for families arriving at the service.<br><br>There have also been multiple occasions where we have driven past the centre and observed children throwing toys over the glass panels facing the main road, with no staff member appearing to address the situation.<br><br>Based on these experiences, I have concerns about the level of supervision, professionalism, and the overall atmosphere of the centre. My sister pulled my niece out effective immediately as she was concerned for my nieces safety and lack of care provided for her.

My son has attended here since he was around 16 mths old hes almsot 3 now he has learnt so much and has grown alot the staff are very applicable and kind to both parents and the kids would highly recommended this center

Little Creek has been amazing, their communication is fantastic, the staff are caring and kind and my kids absolutely love going! They are always happy to have a chat and work with me!!

Not a great daycare, looks all good and nice but there is lack of communication, lack of watch of the children. My child was always getting bitten! So much drama between the educators. They seem to just hire absolutely anyone! There was/is a lady working there that seemed all good and then the next week all of a sudden had crack sores all over here face. Another who was very immature and acted exactly like the children. (Don’t know if she was special needs or not) but I personally didn’t want here changing my child and looking after him just by the way she acted… she once was taking the rubbish out with it over her shoulder then paused and looked down as she found something on the floor then picked it up and stared it for a while then through it back down and skipped to the bin, (not a massive deal) just immature and strange… as well as her swinging the Hula hoops around once and whacked my son in the head with one. Just very unaware of her surroundings and once again immature. A fair few staff all left around the same time due to I’m assuming drama? Just not very responsible or good.
