Up until the last school holidays we were extremely happy with team kids diamond creek. We were advised this program was closed & nearest program was Eltham. There was on many occasions a situation where my daughter experienced bullying & the worst type of language a grown person wouldn’t say from a child. I brought this up with staff twice this situation needed to be managed, Not much was done. I was told by staff to reach out to management which I did via email. I received a call for which I explained the effect it had on my youngest. They were great at listening but that’s as far as it got. Just word’s & no action. No reaching out to let me know the situation was managed for me to feel comfortable to send my kids again. In fact management suggested to try another team kids facility. No updates or call back to reassure me my kids would feel safe & all would be managed with the bullying & swearing from this child. My kids will not be sent here again. I hope parents read this carefully as I feel I did everything on part with no results. I paid good money for my kids to get bullied & for me to spend time counselling my child. Read more
