“When my son started at Eden Academy Cranbourne West, from the very beginning the team made us feel completely comfortable and supported through the whole transition into childcare. Leaving your baby in someone else’s care for the first time can be daunting, but the kindness, communication, and genuine care from the educators reassured us straight away. Since starting at Eden Academy, we have seen so much growth, confidence, and happiness in in our son. He absolutely loves going each day, and it’s been amazing watching his personality, learning, and social skills develop in such a nurturing environment. Every morning at drop-off, Amelia and Hayley make us feel so reassured that our son is going to have the best day. Their warm welcomes and genuine excitement to see him make such a difference. Then at pick-up, Tanja always gives us a lovely rundown of his day, which we really appreciate and look forward to hearing. We truly love the team at Eden Academy Cranbourne West and feel so grateful to have found such a caring and supportive childcare centre. We’re excited to continue watching out son grow, learn, and thrive throughout his time at Eden Academy.

A huge shoutout to Amelia in the Junior Kinder room. Our daughter never slept at her previous two daycare, but Amelia created such a warm and nurturing environment that she finally settled into napping. We also really appreciate the daily photo and story updates, we can see there is a rich and engaging indoor and outdoor program. They give a wonderful snapshot of all the fun activities throughout the day. We couldn’t be happier with the care!

Brilliant centre! the development I've seen in my child in the small amount of time is absolutley phenomenal! We’ve been with this centre since April 2025 (near opening) and the continuation of always exceeding expectation! Communication is great and the fact my child consistently asks to go on the weekends compared to being at previous centres just makes my glass extra full that we’ve picked a great centre!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Eden Academy. From the moment we walk through the doors, there’s such a genuine sense of warmth, kindness and care! A very special shoutout to Jacintha (Charlie's favourite) , Jacinta, Hayley and Misha, you are all absolutely incredible. The love, patience and attention you give to each child doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s so reassuring knowing Charlie is in such nurturing and capable hands every day. One of the highlights for my husband and I is receiving the photo updates throughout the day. Seeing Charlie playing, learning and engaging with the other kids always puts a smile on our faces and gives us so much peace of mind while we’re at work. It’s clear that so much thought and effort goes into creating a fun, safe and supportive environment where the kids can really thrive. We’re so grateful to have found Eden Academy in Cranbourne West and couldn’t recommend it more highly to other families looking for a caring and trustworthy childcare centre. I can’t recommend Eden Academy enough first time sending my daughter to child care and the staff have been so amazing and supportive to myself and my daughter the educators are great and so friendly and helpful. We’ve had such a positive experience with this centre and wanted to share how grateful we are for the care my son receives.<br><br>Educators like Isaac, Jacintha, Sarah, Paige, and the rest of the team are always warm, patient, and genuinely invested in my child. It’s clear how much effort they put into creating a safe and supportive environment, and we really appreciate all of them.<br><br>We also love that the bush kinder program is open to all age groups, not just the kinder kids. It’s a great opportunity for every child to explore and learn outdoors, and my son looks forward to it every week.<br><br>The management team is always smiling and easy to talk to. They’re approachable with any questions I have, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming and reassuring.<br><br>Overall, we feel very lucky to be part of this community and would happily recommend the centre to other families.

I just want to say how grateful I am for this daycare. As a first-time mum, choosing somewhere for your baby is such a big decision, you just hope the people there will be loving, gentle and genuine. And that’s exactly what this centre has been.<br><br>The educators are so warm and caring. You can tell they truly enjoy the kids and take the time to really understand their little personalities. My baby has grown so much since starting here, he’s happy, settled and clearly feels safe with them, which means everything.<br><br>And honestly, every time I walk into the centre, I just feel so welcomed. Everyone is friendly, down-to-earth, and always up for a little chat or a laugh. It’s such a nice atmosphere — you never feel like you’re just rushing in and out. They make you feel comfortable and at ease, which I really appreciate.<br><br>The communication and photos throughout the day honestly give so much peace of mind. I love that I still feel connected and reassured knowing he’s being looked after so beautifully.<br><br>I’m just really thankful to have found a place where my little one is loved, supported and thriving. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Eden Academy Cranbourne West.<br>From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with warmth, and professionalism.<br><br>My daughter is in the Junior Nursery section (8 months old); however, she still gets to interact with the other children of all ages as well as the educators.<br>The educators are incredibly kind, empathetic, and deeply invested in each child’s wellbeing and development.<br>They take the time to get to know every child, making drop-offs smoother and creating a safe, welcoming space where kids feel confident and cared for.<br>Which allows the parents to feel at ease.<br><br>The vibe when ever you attend the site, whether it be morning drops offs, or end of day pickups is always amazing.<br>It is always calm (even when there is a bit of chaos happening) and everyone you meet you get the sense they are in the right space.<br>It’s always a sigh of relief when your child will happily go with someone to start their day and nice to see them interacting not only with other children but all the Educators.<br><br>The centre itself is beautifully designed, with calming indoor spaces and vibrant outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play.<br>(I definitely want those rugs for my house)<br><br>The curriculum blends structured learning with creative, play-based activities, helping children build essential skills while having fun.<br>I especially appreciate the nature-based learning approach and the strong focus on social and emotional development.<br><br>Communication with parents is excellent—daily updates, photos, and insights into our child’s progress help us feel connected and reassured. (I love getting the emails with the daily photos and finding out what she has been up to that day)<br>The meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared and even include the children at times, and the centre goes above and beyond with extras like the educational incursions which are open to all Children to Participate in regardless of their Age.<br><br>Eden Academy Cranbourne West truly feels like an extension of our family, as a First Time Single Mum (by choice) it has put my mind at complete ease having my little one attend this centre.<br>I’m so grateful for the care and dedication the team provides every day.<br>A little shout out to Jacinta, Bronwyn, Hayley, and Paige and all those that have given my little one all the love and enduring her craziness of moving from one skill to the next so quick with the small bumps along the way.<br><br>Highly recommended to any parent looking for a supportive and inspiring childcare experience
