The educators are caring, supportive, and genuinely dedicated to children’s development. The environment is safe, welcoming, and well-organised, with engaging activities that support learning through play. Communication with families is clear and consistent, which is greatly appreciated. It’s lovely to see how much effort the team puts into creating a positive and nurturing space for children. Highly recommended!

All the good staff have left — understandably

My Little Kingdom is a fantastic childcare centre. Always putting a smile on mine and my child's face when we arrive, and all throughout the day! They have a wonderful team, always looking out for our children's best interests. There is always fresh cooked food and snacks available. The layout of the centre is well thought out and safe! Very colourful and bright, with an inviting atmosphere. Heidi is one of the educators there who has definitely gone above and beyond with communication for almost all of the things I've asked about or needed help organising or understanding. Reception is always wonderful and inviting. All the educators we have dealt with have been very lovely, kind, excited and shown great care when looking after my child. Incidents are reported on immediately, making sure anything is appropriately communicated. Notifications are regularly updated, within a timely manner. I cannot fault My Little Kingdom, they have a very organised team. I am so grateful for all they have to offer and I'm thankful for the work they do!

Very unprofessionalism whenever I go there to pickup my child I found stinky smell. No cleanliness. Shortage of professional staff. All good staff left job due to exploitation. No chef just biscuits given in food. I don’t recommend anyone. Please be careful while choosing learning centre.

Absolutely outstanding childcare centre! We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our child receives here. The educators are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in every child’s wellbeing and development. The communication with parents is excellent—they always keep us updated with photos, activities, and daily highlights. The centre is clean, safe, and well-organised, with amazing learning spaces both indoors and outdoors. Our child has grown so much socially and academically since attending, and they’re excited to come every single day. We’re truly grateful for the incredible team and the loving environment they provide. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing and professional childcare experience! 🌟

My kids love this place !!

I’ve found that the centre has ongoing issues with staffing, including very high turnover and frequent reliance on very young or inexperienced trainees. This has had a noticeable impact on the consistency and quality of care. The kitchen often runs low on food, and on several occasions my child was mainly offered basic snacks like biscuits or crackers instead of proper meals. As a parent, this was really concerning. Communication from management has also been unreliable. Information about menus, incidents, and daily routines has not always been accurate or consistent, which made it difficult to trust what was happening throughout the day. A number of the genuinely great educators who helped create a stable and positive environment have now left the centre. Many of them which I got to know because my child loved them have left because the working conditions were becoming increasingly difficult, the support for staff wasn’t consistent, and the overall environment didn’t feel sustainable or safe for them. I also observed that children with additional needs did not consistently receive the support they required, and the loss of experienced staff has further impacted the environment. They are currently not experienced enough to support additional needs children, nor willing to. I also noticed that a large number of the positive reviews on here appear very similar in wording, from ChatGPT or seem to come from people closely connected to the service. This makes it hard for families to get a genuine sense of what is happening currently, especially considering the recent staff turnover. I’m also aware that the service may respond by saying they “don’t have my name in their system” as a way of suggesting I have the wrong centre. For privacy reasons, I am not using my son’s real name here nor my own, but my feedback is based on genuine experiences with this service. Families deserve stability, transparency, and proper support for all children. I truly hope these issues are taken seriously and addressed, as they affect children’s wellbeing and families’ confidence in the service.
