There is so much positive about 360 Rivett, the level of care at the centre is outstanding with all staff members going above and beyond with the children. They create valuable learning experiences across all the age groups and the all the staff including the leadership team genuinely care about the children. I have appreciated that they look at all facets of a child's learning and care and even mould the rooms to accommodate individual needs ie providing a quiet cubby for children to regulate. Cannot recommend enough.

After moving interstate, we were coming from a childcare centre we truly loved, so we had high hopes for finding somewhere just as good. We’re so happy to say this centre has exceeded our expectations. The environment is warm, welcoming, and genuinely nurturing, and the staff are caring, attentive, and clearly invested in each child’s development. What really sets this centre apart are the opportunities offered. My daughter participates in excursions that go beyond what we’ve seen elsewhere, and the inclusion of the option for weekly swimming lessons during care is such a fantastic benefit. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch her grow in confidence, learn new skills, and genuinely enjoy her time there. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful centre.

360 early education Rivett has been such a warm and welcoming environment for my children. They are absolutely thriving due to the positive and supportive environment the centre provides. From home style cooked meals, secure bonds with educators to the excursions provided, my children cannot wait for their daycare days. Thank you for all that you do to care for our little ones!

My son has a severe bleeding disorder, ADHD, and autism, so his safety and care are absolutely critical. Before coming to 360 Rivett, we had a really difficult experience at another centre where he was frequently ending up in hospital due to lack of supervision. It was incredibly stressful and honestly heartbreaking as a parent. Since starting at 360 Rivett, everything has changed. The staff have gone above and beyond to support not only my son, but our whole family. They have taken the time to truly understand his needs, put the right supports in place, and ensure he is always safe, included, and cared for. The difference has been unbelievable—he hasn’t been in hospital once since attending, which speaks volumes about the level of supervision and care they provide. But more than that, he is happy, supported, and thriving. I cannot thank the team enough for their dedication, compassion, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a childcare centre that genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, I highly recommend 360 Rivett.

In my experience they neglect children, the staff seem to sit down and have good old chats & not watch children, I over heard a staff member say to another parent she is only there for the pay check which makes me feel for the children at the centre
