We are absolutely delighted with this childcare centre; the staff (especially the educators Connie, Candie, and the manager, Sam) are so kind and caring, but there is also such an emphasis on learning; my 20 month old came home saying conichiwa (hello in Japnese) and my husband was bowled over! They have done brilliantly to tame my rough toddler boy, thanks to this daycare, he's gone from pushing and hitting, to being thoroughly trustworthy around young babies. They do fun and varied activities, and you get a daily emailed report with lovely pix of your kids and the lovely things they have done that day, and things they've learnt. Just brilliant, I highly recommend it.

Aideen and the team provide high quality care in a professional manner and provide great variety in activities for the children. The holiday program is well researched such that no two days are the same and the children are engaged and enjoy the experiences offered at excursions and at themed centre days.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area who is looking for high quality care for their child, the strict regime and support and care for the children is wonderful. I feel very comfortable to leave my child in the care of Aideen and her team of wonderful qualified staff. They are always approachable when any concerns are raised and keep you well informed of how you child is going. Another important part of after school care that alot of places don't always have is homework time. As very busy parents, having that done with your child of 6 years of age prior to pick up with their qualified staff to show them the best ways of doing homework etc is great it allows for other activities to occur after pick up when they go home (ie. meals, bath, bed and quality time). When it comes to Vacation care the planning of such wonderful days and creative thing is endless, my child loves the excursions and the staff. I would say if you have not tried them before. Give them ago you will not regret it and even wish you put your child with them sooner.

I have the highest regard for the professionalism of Aideen and her team. We left our previous OSHC provider due to what we believed was a poor record of professionalism and care. A relief to see Jellybeans Swanbourne OSHC was first class in this area. Communication with parents is excellent. Whilst we no longer use after school care, we continue to book in for Vacation Care activities which are brilliant. Our kids love it.

The level of care offered is of a very high standard and every time I collect my child, all the children appear happy comfortable and confident in their surroundings, involved in any one of numerous activities on offer. In particular I would like to acknowledge the work of Aideen who has made both our child and ourselves as parents, comfortable and confident with the level of care being given. Her demeanour and availability to all the children in her care is a testament to her ability in the role, as is her professional yet open approach to parents.
