My 4 year old daughter was very hesitant to go to kindy and extremely shy so I wanted to give her the best start possible to ease her into the school system and environment and found Banksia Montessori preschool. They are like a small family community which was just perfect for my daughter who has attended Banksia last year and 2020. She has really blossomed in all areas since attending. All the staff and principal are very caring and attentive to each individual child’s needs and from this amazing nurturing of each individual child, my daughter is doing better than we could of imagined. She is thriving and loves going to school. She is doing extremely well with her academics, social and emotional development We want to thank the staff for all their wonderful work and dedication to the Montessori teachings. Banksia Montessori School was established in 1982 and has since developed a reputation as a quality pre-kindy to pre-primary school for 3-6 year olds following the Montessori method. The school caters for up to 28 students, an ideal size for children embarking on their first experience of school and education.
