This early learning centre is truly exceptional. Right from the moment you walk in the morning, warm greetings from every staff member upon arrival, you sense a genuine and caring environment. The dedication to creating engaging daily activities and sharing those moments with parents is evident. From the thoughtfully prepared, nutritious meals to the staff's joyful interactions with each child, their individual needs and interests are clearly a priority. Even the office team plays an active role in the children's experience. Our son has been thriving here since he was 11 months old, and our family couldn't be happier with the wonderful care and learning he receives. Thank you!

They let the children scream and yell all morning and afternoon.

While parked opposite the YMCA daycare in Holt, I witnessed a staff member with shoulder-length red hair yelling and using physical force towards a small child. The child, under 3 years old, was being punished for being in an area that was not blocked off even knowing there were other kids in the area. This behavior from the staff member is unacceptable and concerning. If your kid attends this day care, please be warned as I believe the physical force was way more than it should have been.

We have had completely different experience with this center. It's pretty awful to see a child cry for a piece of fruit because Center director refused with "No More". I have seen my child crying after center director and her staff refuse to provide piece of fruit. Formal complaint was made to Jessica Smith (YMCA Head Office in Canberra) but nothing has changed. We ended up enrolling our child to other center. I can see a big difference comparing this center with another center and how they treat a child.Another thing I have noticed here is all bad reviews on this business page are disappearing while only good reviews remain.

Great staff and activities. The Holt Centre in particular is well run and has everything kids need at the various younger ages.
