We love coming to daycare. My daughter feels safe, excited and cared for. As parents we also have peace of mind knowing how kind everyone is. We have tried a previous daycare before coming here and this is such a better experience. The place is clean and smells fresh. The meals look lovely and our daughter loves eating at daycare. Thank you Petrina for running such a good daycare centre and big special thank you to our previous educators and current ones. Sam

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s experience at this childcare centre. From the very beginning, the educators have been so welcoming, nurturing and supportive, which made such a difference to both our daughter and us as parents.

I was initially quite nervous about how she would settle in, as she had always been very much a “Velcro baby” and was used to being close to us. I honestly didn’t expect her to settle as quickly as she did, but she surprised us by settling into the centre almost immediately. I truly believe this is a reflection of the warmth, care and reassurance she has received from the educators.

The team have been incredibly attentive to her individual needs and have created an environment where she feels safe, comfortable and happy. It has been so lovely seeing her become more confident and excited about going to childcare.

We are so grateful to the educators for the care, patience and love they show her each day. Knowing she is in such a nurturing and supportive environment gives us so much peace of mind. We would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a place where their child will genuinely be cared for and valued. ❤️

I have had nothing but positive interactions walking into the service the front desk always greet with smiles and never fail to acknowledge me. miss Flavia in studio 1 is amazing. She has provided my child with the comfort and support he has required for his first time in care. She’s such a lovely nurturing educator my child absolutely adores her. I look forward to watching my child thrive

Do not put your children in this service if you care about their safety. the new manager and staff are dishonest and not transparent. They tried to deny accidents and hid these issues from us. Not a great experience for us and our children.

We have been blown away with the centre and the exceptional care they provide. After a rough start to daycare, moving our two children to imagine west end was by far the best decision we have made. Our kids are thriving, they love their educators, they ask every day if it's time to go to daycare. The centre director has gone over and beyond to help as as parents and help our children to feel comfortable and supported. We have never experienced a director to be so hands on, have excellent communication, she knows every childs name, and her passion and exceptional leadership is unwavering. Our picky eaters eat everything the wonderful kitchen serves. The photo updates we recieve on how the children's day is going gives us great piece of mind during the day that the kids are having a great time. We cannot recommend the centre enough! Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts

My son has only been at this centre for less than 6 weeks and I absolutely loved it. He's a little rough when dropping him off but the staff always did a top job at settling & making him feel comfortable! Incredibly friendly and cleaning centre. Thank you for allowing us to experience your service.

Very welcoming centre and our son loves it ! Definitely recommend!!

My daughter started at the centre when they opened and she has loved everyday. It was the first time she’d been in childcare so we were both a little nervous but all the staff and her educators made the transition super easy. Highly recommend.
