Nanna Nancy is the most amazing carer and we are so grateful she looked after our daughter. Firstly I was so impressed by the level of energy she has, esp when looking after 4 kids. She is constantly playing with the kids while at the same time always ensuring they are safe. She is also so nurturing. I can not emphasise enough how loving she is of the kids she looks after. She genuinely cares for them and has their best interest at heart. Finally, one thing I liked is that she let me introduce my daughter into her care in our own way. She allowed me to read the situation and stay in the background until my daughter was comfortable and engrossed with whatever activity she was engaged in and then say bye without any fuss. A lot of other carers don't allow this. But it worked for me and my daughter has never cried.

Nancy is a lovely person, she adores and loves all the kids in her care and the kids love her. The moment you walk into her home you can feel the warmth that should come with family day care. My child has never been upset at drop-off or pick-up. Nancy accommodates each individual child's daily routine, from nap time to meal time. If you are looking for somebody who will love your child just like you do, then Nancy is definitely the right educator for your child.
