The staff are caring, professional, and truly attentive to each child's needs，my child loves going there every day ,it feels like a second home. I would highly recommend this child care center to any parent.

Our family has been with OAC over the past three years and the team have been nothing short of amazing. We’ve appreciated the continuity of care. We’ve had many of the same staff retained which has been so wonderful for my children and has made them feel safe in the space. Staff are great with daily communication.

We have been part of the Only About Children Balwyn community for the past four years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the genuine care, support, and nurturing environment they provide. From the very beginning, the educators and team showed a real commitment to getting to know not just our daughter, but our family - creating a sense of belonging that has only deepened over time. It’s clear that the staff truly love what they do. They treat each child as an individual, supporting their development with kindness, patience, and encouragement. I have always felt that my daughter was not only safe and cared for, but genuinely seen, heard, and celebrated. One thing I have especially valued is the open and consistent communication - I am always kept in the loop and feel completely confident in how they support my daughter’s wellbeing and development. There’s also a real sense of community here. Families are warmly welcomed, and there are so many opportunities to connect - from consistent communication via Storypark to informal chats at drop-off. The friendships our daughter has formed (and that I have too!) have been such a beautiful bonus. Only About Children Balwyn has played such an important role in our daughter’s early years. She has grown in confidence, independence, and joy - and we feel incredibly lucky to have had such a positive, enriching start to her learning journey.

The care has been phenomenal, every carer is so experienced, kind and lovely, and the staff retention here is superb. I have had my child at OAC Balwyn for 3 years and have had no issues with them. Their staff is very professional and are always there to take care of my child’s needs physically and emotionally. I have personally got to know his educators and they are always friendly, courteous, professional and caring. They are always looking for new ways to teach the kids in interesting and varied ways. Phoebe is on the ball with the whole centre and runs the place well and has a great and committed team working for her. Highly recommended.

Our son has attended OAC Balwyn North for the last couple of years since he was 9 months old, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The environment created by the team is nurturing, safe and fun. The staff are lovely and seem to genuinely care that the children are looked after. We can drop our son off feeling confident that he will be looked after and have an enriching time - we would highly recommend OAC Balwyn North as a great child care for any family.

My kids have been at OAC from 6 months old and are now 2 & 3. The educators at OAC are fantastic, from Nursery to Toddlers to Kinder. They are always engaging with the children and provide feedback on your child’s day upon pick up. The campus director Phoebe is fabulous. She is so hand on and I love seeing her on the floor supporting her team and attending to our kids. Gosh, my kids love Chef David. His meals are delicious and healthy and he serves up amazing morning and afternoon tea from freshly made dips to cakes/muffins/slices. Thanks OAC team for your tremendous work in caring, support & developing our children.

Absolutely love OAC! The educators are so caring, friendly, and professional – I always feel at ease knowing my kids are in such good hands. They’ve created such a nurturing and fun environment, and it’s been amazing to see how much my little ones have grown and learnt since starting here. Communication is top-notch, the daily updates and photos are such a lovely touch. Couldn’t recommend them more – we feel really lucky to be part of the OAC Family!
