Despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews I have read on here, unfortunately that has not been our experience. Withdrew my toddler after 3 days, and cancelling my spot for my baby who was due to start next week due to poor orientation and first week experience which has been a stressful and emotional experience 2 weeks before the end of my maternity leave. Following my gut and will have to take the financial hit of paying fees for the notice period. The owner and Director Ying is very friendly and personable, which really sold the centre to me initially, and she took my feedback and concerns very well to give her credit. In our experience, we felt the team in the toddler room were not friendly, even bordering on cold and disinterested - which I could not see being easily resolved. Unfortunately we had red flags and concerns from our initial orientation and they only continued during the first 3 days, which has led to this very unfortunate and stressful situation. We came from 2 years at a centre elsewhere in Sydney where my child had a wonderful rapport with her educators who were super warm and loving and who I felt had a genuine love for their professions, so the contrast with this centre was very evident from the get go. I felt it was important to share this review to honestly reflect our experience so that other parents are informed. Believe me - pulling my children out and having to pay a months fees whilst scrambling to make other arrangements at short notice was not a decision we took lightly

Warm community environment, plenty of updates / communication and caring educators. Fantastic outdoor area and bush outlook, nature gets brought inside for play etc which is excellent for my energetic and curious 3.5 year old.

A well equipped centre with a beautiful outlook into the bush. The educators are top notch and my little man has slotted in here nicely making friends with the kids and educators alike. The incursions and themed events are a fun addition to keep it interesting.

My daughter has been at The Ridge Daycare since she was 1 and she absolutely LOVES it there. I am so happy to see her thriving and learning so much. We adore the staff and the whole team and the level of care they give our little girl. We love the warming environment every time we walk in, and the feeling of family we get from all the educators. I have recommended The Ridge daycare to many others. Thank you for the level of care you provide our kids, and for being such an integral part of their learning and development.

I couldn't love the Ridge and their amazing team more! I was so nervous to start my daughter in care at 6 months old but I couldn't have had a better experience at the Ridge. The staff were so caring and attentive and from day 1 I felt so comfortable with her in their care. My daughter is now 14 months and is absolutely thriving at the Ridge. The Educators treat her like one of their own and she is so happy and well cared for. I truly pinch myself for how lucky we are. They have wonderful activities, amazing food and such great staff. Thank you to the amazing team and management at the Ridge - we love you!
