I will write my experience only because I believe no one is taking the time to write a bad experience, and this place has only 6 comments, therefore is one of the most recommended places by AI. My daughter started to go to this place and the first week everything looked great. By the second week, she started to feel miserable during the drop off, a lot of crying not settling down. By the third week she started to vomiting in the morning out of the strong crying.. she wasn’t able to calm down even if I stayed for long enough. I spoke with the teachers and they said she’s fine during the day and all the drop offs were the same.. (poor kids), and that’s was normal even for the kids that are attending for over a year.. I was so shocked and just felt that wasn’t right. Just a note: they never called me during the day to pick her up or just talk to her if she was crying or asking for me, even though I specifically requested it. The teachers were always nice to me and to her, but they didn’t really pay attention to her, they were just too occupied. My kid started to have some regressions in her behavior at home, didn’t wanted to go to the toilet alone, take showers, sleep alone, even eat.. she wanted me to hold her every single second.. (not common on her). One day she said “somebody showered me at KG”, I asked and nobody could give me a clear answer. Extremely weird. I just took her out of that place, waited a few months (she had a bit of a trauma from those 6 weeks), and finally decided to try again somewhere else. Now she’s attending another preschool, she’s happy, having fun and completely normal and recovered. But it took time, it was a hard decision, but I am happy I followed my gut. Please read carefully every comment before trusting your kid in someone else.

Narani is an excellent childcare. I’ve had 2 boys attending and I would highly recommend. Caring, calm, happy staff. My boys love attending and I feel confident in the care and education they receive.

We love Carss Park Narani child care centre, our two kids both went there and we will greatly miss the amazing educators there when we finish up in 2026. There are lovely long term staff; they take childcare students; the great communication, empathy and expertise of the staff at Narani has made parenting significantly easier for us and we are so appreciative.

There are long term staff; sometimes there is movement of staff to other Georges River Council childcares so my eldest child knew some of the staff at the South Hurstville preschool (confusingly labelled as Kindergarten) when she transitioned. The great communication, empathy and expertise of the staff at Narani has made parenting significantly easier for us and we are so appreciative.

My daughter has attended Narani from 3 years of age. She loves attending preschool (or "playschool" as she calls it) and has made lovely friends with other children. The staff offer a creative and engaging learning and play space for the children. It is a beautiful centre with kind and caring staff. I feel very grateful to have access to such a lovely facility with engaging and thoughtful teachers. Thank you!
