Our experience with this centre was extremely disappointing in how they supported a child with additional needs. From the start, it was clear that my child required additional understanding and support. I sought guidance from a professional behaviour practitioner and shared recommended strategies to help him regulate and participate in care. Unfortunately, these strategies were not implemented, and his needs within the environment were not adequately understood or supported. Importantly, these behaviours were not observed to the same extent at home or in his previous day care indicating they arose from the environment rather than the child. Rather than a structured behaviour support approach, the centre progressively reduced his attendance. Despite my attempts to work collaboratively, a formal behaviour support plan was never implemented. Over time, it became evident that frustration from management was being directed at the situation, and at times at my child, which was deeply concerning given his need for patience and support. Families whose children have behavioural, sensory, or developmental needs should carefully consider whether this centre has the experience, resources, and willingness to implement genuine inclusion supports before enrolling.

Loving and caring Pre-school, our family love the educator's and have nothing but good things to say about them. The centre has a real family feel and wouldn’t want my kids going anywhere else.

A great team of educators that are genuine and caring towards the children’s well-being. The meals provided are also one of the best when compared to other services.

Small centre gives a nice homely feel, educators are very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Fully catered meals each day which my daughter always enjoys. Large outdoor environment for the children to play.

witnessed a staff member today forcibly grab an upset child's arm trying to yank him away from his mother while he was upset making him cower behind his mother then persisted in pestering the upset child making the whole situation worse i left feeling very uncomfortable wondering if they do this in front of parents what happens behind closed doors...very unprofessional

Highly recommended. All the staff here are very professional and really genuinely care for the kids and our daughter, Willow absolutely loves her time here. The onsite catering has encouraged her to extend her taste buds, the facilities are well set up and overall a warm, friendly and inviting boutique kindy. Thank You Jason, Kez & Miss Willow.

Very professional and friendly staff. My son feels very comfortable there. The catering is very convenient and not much more expensive than without it. I'm glad they could take us. My son was singing the songs they taught him today. Good to see they treat children kindly.
