I highly recommend this service.The best thing in this center is there educators.My son is two years old and couple of weeks before he started.Educators put all their efforts to settled him . They are looking after him very well..These girls always smiling and welcoming and share all information when you pick up your child.This place feels like home.Thanks girls I don’t have enough words to appreciate you.Thanks for looking after Vardaan ☺️

We were lucky to join Whiz Kidz Sydenham when they opened so my daughter had a wonderful transition with very low ratios and has bonded so well with her educators. Her face just lit up when she saw Miss Cinta this morning. The whole team from the Director to the Chef are friendly and warm. My daughter is thriving with the activities provided and we are very happy to leave her in their care.

We have had such a positive experience with the care our son receives at Whiz Kidz Sydenham. All the educators are gentle, nurturing, and so attentive to his individual needs. They create a calm and loving environment where he feels safe, settled, and happy each day. It’s clear how much care and effort goes into supporting his development, routines, and wellbeing. Knowing he is so well looked after gives us complete peace of mind, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful team. Katherine, the centre manager has been extremely accommodating and always willing to support our family’s needs. We highly recommend this daycare to any family.

As a parent, I was very hesitant with sending my 2 year old son to daycare. During the centre tour, Katherine answered all of my questions and eased my worries and concerns, you can really tell that she is passionate about what she does. My son and I attended daycare on two separate occasions as apart of his orientation. During orientation, I was able to talk to the educators about their day to day activities and for then educators to get to know my son prior to his official first day. Immediately, I could see that the educators were passionate about their roles and how much love and support they provided to children in their care. Fast forward to my son’s first day in daycare, I was happy to hear that he was able to settle from being upset and that he had clung onto an educator for comfort that he felt comfortable with. Thank you Whiz Kids Sydenham for making my son’s first experience on day are a positive one! We look forward to seeing you on his next visit!

I have my two little ones in Whizkidz Sydenham and I am really confident in the beautiful centre, the management and the educators. The communication is really open, warm and encouraging. The extra care they provide to assist with a disability needing eye drops, patching and glasses-wearing feels really reassuring and settling, and lets me know that I have got them in the right place. I also love that I receive photos and updates throughout the day. Also the chefs… wow. They eat better than I do! I also have to add, Steve the handyman/gardener is next level incredible. He’s an asset for sure… my little one wanted to invite him to his birthday party! He brought his drill around for my big boy to have a look at when he was having a hard time with mum leaving, so that he would be distracted and I could get away on time. Above and beyond exceptional care.

It is absolutely reassuring that when I have dropped my children off for their day, I know that they are well cared for, nurtured and most importantly supported just as I would throughout their day. They’re learning and interactive engages are throughly documented and so many of their successes and sweet moments are captured in their well written and professional daily stories. I love that I am able to see how their day went especially when I can’t be a part of it. The staff is wonderful and so supportive. Eds is my daughter’s educator. I’m in awe of how gentle she is with my daughter yet her approach to teaching is amazing and her directives have my daughter so eager to be engaged and be an active part of her day. For my son, he was very hesitant about being in kinder and we have found success since being with WhizKidz in that he is also engaged and has come out of his shell since being apart of the team. Miss Elna has also been a beautiful active educator who has helped support my children’s transitions. As a parent it was so important that I found educators that would be able to support and guide my children in ways that I have only known whizkidz staff to do. Soft, nurturing, encouraging, guiding, supportive, all with beautiful outcomes. Kathrine the manager, goes above and beyond for all. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of Wizkid Sydenham and their amazing team. From the very beginning, they’ve made me feel completely at ease knowing that Ella is in such loving and capable hands. Cinta is absolutely wonderful, caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in Ella’s growth and happiness. All the educators are so warm and professional. Katherine the manager is incredible. She’s very approachable, understanding, and always go above and beyond to support families. If I ever need anything, I just reach out and it’s handled straight away.
