Had a bad experience with the nursery.<br><br>My daughter was there 3 months from 4.5months up.<br><br>She was not fed solids for a whole day (<br>was given her milk though), no one could tell me if she was fed solids on pick up as room leader left early. Was called the next day to say I needed to write a special permission to start her on solids even though it was written in daily communication book. No one called to let me know, just did not feed her solids.<br><br>Then found ants in her milk bottle. Quite a number of them crawling around under the lid and some under the teat. I took a photo after I washed ants off. No apology given other than excuses about pest control coming in that weekend and maybe they crawled into her bottle.<br><br>Last day before I removed her from their care. She had 2 incidents in a caretaking period of 3.5hours. She was also served food for older babies (she was on purees because she was a younger baby) that was cut in cubes and toast in triangle shapes with butter which could have been a choking risk. Her previous room leader was in at the time and I happened to walk in right as she was about to eat it. I picked her up and previous room leader in room said to staff member giving food. "Sorry I forgot to tell you she is on purees." I was then asked to sign 2 incident forms for scratches on her back from another baby and a fall where she hit her head.<br><br>The centre is new and has CCTV. There are some genuinely kind caring staff here. I am grateful for that. However, I noticed a lack of supervision quite a number of times. Communication is very poor here in relation to your child. Tuesdays they dont do any photos so you wont have any communication on that day. The comments I received about my child were very small. Most of the communication was around her sleeps and feeding at pick up not about her personality/development. Communication with the kitchen staff is concerning. She was served the wrong food because it wasnt communicated. This would be bad if your child had an allergy.<br><br>There was a high turn over of staff externally and internally during our time there. Some due to health reasons, others moved by management, one left. In 1 month there was at least 4-5 staff movements here in the nursery. Management is aproachable for complaints. I was a first time mum so they were patient and approachable.<br><br>They have a lot of paper based communication and drop off takes a long time here. Even with the paper based handover things were still missed. I think this centre needs to go to more apps to manage logging sleeps, nappies, food, etc.<br><br>The activities should be more creative for the babies. This is one of the most expensive daycares in the area at $169 a day and offers less in terms of extra curricular activities. The experience here also felt more transactional and like a business.<br><br>There is a new room leader and it may have improved. You can take a tour and decide for yourself. I wanted to share our experience to help you be aware as finding a daycare is a hard thing to do.<br><br>Hopefully they can improve so that families can have more quality choices in the area.

Our little miss has been at this centre since it opened. We have had nothing but a beautiful experience, she continues to learn and grow each day! The educators are beyond amazing and supportive, communicating daily with updates and pictures on how she spends her day and what their learning focuses are for the week. We get daily updates on the app and photo bombs weekly these are our favourite. They have monthly calendar’s available with events and celebrations they hold. Katrina is who made us feel at home right away she is open, honest, compassionate and an absolute light within the centre keeping it running in such a positive way. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of daycares and our little miss will be here until she’s ready for big girl school, and I know she will be beyond ready when the time comes because of children’s first underwood!

Truly amazing educators who are helpful and supportive. We are very appreciated and grateful that our boys attend the center like this.

The staff and educators are lovely and really support your children however management interfere and there is alot of tension in this centre

I am writing this one-star review after being with this center for nearly three months. Unfortunately, I have been deeply concerned by the high frequency of incident reports regarding my baby. The most distressing incident occurred when an educator accidentally shut a door on her. When I discussed this with the manager, their solution was to keep her indoors—depriving her of the outdoor play she loves—rather than ensuring proper supervision. I believe all children should have the right to safely play and explore under the watchful eye of their educators.

The best centre I have had involvement with. The cultural atmosphere and the friendly staff make it easy to leave my child . Love the communication daily and photos to ensure is they have had a good day Shoutout to Katrina who is always there to greet you with a smile and fix any worries we may have . Amazing centre.

Incredible center! All the staff are so amazing and kind! My 2 children attend the center and both love it. My eldest is always asking to go even on the weekends. Fun experiences for all children of all ages so no one is missing out on any of the fun times to be had. Yummy food provided for all the children catering to all their needs even a free hot drink for the parents when you drop your children off! Honestly too good to be true and so thankful to have found such a warm and welcoming enviroment for both my children to feel loved and suppoerted in whenever they attend. Thank you :)
