I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Thrive Picton. I have toured and researched countless preschools and early learning centres in both the local and surrounding areas, and Ive recently , by mere luck and a last minute change in plans attended a baby and me class very casually, alongside a friend. What I experienced was honestly one of the most genuine and authentic early childhood centre experiences I’ve had. Nothing felt staged, posed, or “for show.” What you see truly is what you get. The passion, warmth, and care the educators displayed towards the children was raw, real, and deeply reassuring. It felt welcoming, calm, and intentional exactly what you hope for in an early learning environment. With my baby due towards the end of the year, choosing the right centre has been incredibly important to me. I’ll admit, some earlier reviews initially made me hesitant and Thrive wasn’t originally on my shortlist. However, experiencing the centre firsthand completely changed my perspective. After seeing the quality of care, the level of education, and the genuine sense that children are truly valued, I left feeling confident that Thrive Picton would be a true home away from home for my little one. It has given me such reassurance that I’ve found the perfect place to begin my child’s care and early learning journey. Well done, Thrive Picton ,you’ve truly exceeded expectations.

Feeling confident in my children’s care is my main priority, and Picton Thrive Early Learning Centre has truly exceeded all expectations. The experiences provided are amazing, and my boys are so happy attending the centre. The environment is always clean and tidy, and since Tayler has taken over as centre manager, there has been an incredible positive change. All of the staff are happy, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Have just enrolled my daughter at Thrive early learning in Picton and couldn't be more impressed by the centre and their staff. A massive thanks you to Taylor who gave us a thorough and informative tour which ultimately led to us wanting to enroll our daughter. She answered every question I had and I left feeling confident and excited about my daughters future here. Each staff member interacted with us and said hello during the tour and seemed as though they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. The centre was extremely clean, tidy and well maintained. The enrolment process has been so easy and seamless, with excellent communication from the team along the way. Thank you Thrive Picton!

This centre is amazing. It is the cleanest centre I have seen and far outshines any other centre. The communication with Tayler and all the fantastic staff is outstanding. The children are so happy to go to school and you can see the educators are passionate about what they do.

I had been trying to enroll my granddaughter for months and months with so much lack of communication, but since Tayler has come along it’s been nothing but pleasant and easy process, the difference she has made has been unbelievable and consistent communication, it’s so nice to see the staff happy and positive and enjoying their job and my granddaughter is thriving and just loves her teachers and always wants to go. Disappointed with the enrolment process and overall experience. I was charged a $250 enrolment fee which I later discovered is strictly non-refundable. This was not clearly explained or highlighted at the time of enrolment, particularly given I had previous discussions under an older policy where fees were handled differently. A significant policy change like this should be clearly and verbally communicated so parents can make an informed decision. During the enrolment period, the centre was consistently understaffed. This raised serious concerns around staff-to-child ratios and compliance. This is extremely concerning for parents. The centre also fails parents in communication. The app was barely updated throughout the day, leaving you with little to no idea of what your child was doing, which is very unsettling as a parent. Overall, the experience was terrible and I do not recommend this centre to any future families.

Took an unauthorised debit from my account months after my son left this centre. After multiple calls and multiple emails they have not bothered to reply to me or rectify the issue.
