Our daughter has been attending the centre for 18 months now and we couldn't be happier with the care and education she has received. In the time she has been at the centre her speech, language and development has progressed significantly. What I love most about the centre is the warmth and attention to detail from staff at every level. The educators know my child, her likes and dislikes and have worked in partnership with us through transitions. I feel confident that she is well cared for and most importantly happy at the centre. I recommend this centre to any parent looking for a childcare centre, it truly is a wonderful and nurturing setting and I'm so grateful and appreciative for the significant role they have played in our daughters early years!

The Wanslea Stirling ELDC has been a fantastic place for the early development of our grandaughter, Isabella and the care from the team there has been amazing and of an exceptional standard. You only have to look at Isabella's face when she is at daycare to see how much she enjoys it, and how much the time spent there is assisting her in her development. I, also have to congratulate the educators of the standard of their communication and the regular reports and photos that we receive back. Thanks Wanslea for caring for our Isabella.

I only have praise for Wanslea Stirling. It’s a hidden gem of a child care centre with pastoral care at the forefront of everything they do. Both my boys were fortunate to go through Wanslea and my youngest has just left Stirling and started Kindy. Both boys had an amazing start to school and truly believe it was the early care and education provided at Wanslea that gave them that head start. The most influential factor is that the Centre Manager and 2IC are visible in the rooms every day. They’re not managers that hid in their offices. Any concerns you have are taken seriously and swiftly addressed (no matter how minor). You won’t need to call and follow up, they will do that for you. Attention to detail is everything at this centre, the room leaders, Alice, Paula, etc take a genuine interest in the children and know every family on an intimate level. You won’t get the stock standard “They’ve had a good day” at pick up, you’ll likely hear a bit more about who they played with or which activities they had the most fun with. Even the casuals and part-timers are so well trained under leadership, that there is consistent care even when a regular staff member is away (shout out to Fei! Who is an excellent child care educator – I love when she’s there to fill in and Dakota who started as a trainee and I’ve watched her grow into a dedicated educator) My son had some speech issues, and the speech therapist was warmly welcomed to the centre for their sessions. Wanslea Stirling made space for the therapist and also accepted a “homework” program that we had difficulty fitting in at home. Wanslea made time to implement it with our son. Kasey (Manger) and Shannon (2IC) are always around, they know all the children and families as well as all the little nuances that happen in each room, working swiftly to look after both the children and the staff. Early Childhood Educators have one of the toughest jobs, and I really hope that all the parents who are lucky enough to attend Wanslea Stirling remember to show appreciation on Early Childhood Educator’s Day! If you are looking for a child care centre to be an extension of home, that feels like family - then this is the place for you. I have no hesitations in making this recommendation and I am happy to chat to anyone if they have any questions.
