We’ve been attending the centre for over a year and a half and have seen our children grow so much during that time. The team has been incredibly supportive with language development, toilet training, and teaching them valuable skills in a nurturing and engaging environment. The staff are warm, caring, and truly take the time to build strong relationships with both children and families. We also love the wonderful celebrations throughout the year and the amazing kitchen, which provides amazing meals for the kids with so many opportunities to try new dishes, the family take home meals are a sure bonus when you want a night off from cooking, and parent treats are always delicious. We couldn’t be happier with the care and sense of community the centre provides.

We have been a long term family at this centre and have always appreciated the care provided by the staff who cared for our child. Unfortunately, recent issues with another parent’s aggressive and harassing behaviour were not addressed by management, which left us feeling unsafe and led us to end our child’s enrolment early. We were abused in the centre and stalked randomly by another parent who became obsessive with us and abusive towards us for absolutely no reason. We are a professional friendly family so it took us by complete surprise when sexually and culturally abusive behaviour took place inside the centre from another parent in front of other parents and children. That said, the educators like Emily, Naomi, Zac and others are amazing and provided excellent care. We hope the centre can better manage these situations in the future to ensure all families feel safe. As this person still attends the centre I hope no other families experience this. I am sharing in the hope other people don’t face this.

This centre has amazing facilities, a wonderful learning program & the staff are all very friendly & extremely dedicated to helping every child flourish as individuals. Would recommend Connections to any parent.

We love Connections. My daughter is in kindy and absolutely adores her educators. They have created such a warm and welcoming environment and space. I feel so confident that she is loved and cared for while she is there. The beautiful educators see each child for who they are and provide a high level or care and foster individual connections. Connections also have top notch policies for protecting the safety and security of the children. This is very important to me in a Centre and they always have open and clear communication with Parents regarding policies and procedures. The centre also provides all meals that are made onsite by the amazing Chef and team. The meals are nutritious and wholesome so its such a peace of mind knowing my child is provided with food that will support her body and helps to expose her to new flavours and culinary experiences. Also the parents treat and coffees provided in the mornings is pretty wonderful bonus! My daughter will be graduating soon and off to school but we will definitely miss the Connections family but will have many fond memories of our time there.

The absolute most amazing childcare experience you will ever have! Connections family values & whole centre experience is something you will never get elsewhere. Coming from the experience of another local centre, absolutely nothing compares to Connections. From the hearty chef meals made with love, the absolutely phenomenal Manager Ms Karen & the love & care our children receive from every single teacher in this centre - Connections is truly incredible! What can I say, from the very first visit Karen was so extremely welcoming. She genuinely cares about the kids and parents as well as staff and it shows! My kids never had anything lost or missing, they were always well looked after and most importantly LOVED and felt safe at all times. The owners actually come in and work they get to know you by name and are genuinely invested in who you are as a family not just because you pay fees. I am extremely grateful for the time we spent at connections. I still miss the centre to this day. It really is one of a kind. HIGHLY recommend

We are very grateful for this centre and the warm and welcoming staff who work there. We moved our toddler to this centre after having a bad experience at another centre in the area. So it’s a big deal for us to really feel comfortable having our little one in care. The experienced staff here clearly care about the kids and enjoy their job. We have had our 6 month old son in 3 different centres. The first was close to my work and we wanted to move him closer to home. The first centre closer to home we moved him to was not great (he was left crying, not fed on time, left with a soiled nappy and they didn't have stimulating activities for him) so we made the hard decision to move him again. We chose to move him to connections and do not regret it at all! He is so well looked after at connections, all the staff are so lovely to deal with, they always have stimulating activities for the kids and the outdoor area is expansive and extremely nice. I would highly recommend the centre to anyone looking for somewhere for their child. Bonus is you can grab morning tea and coffee for yourself while you are there!
