At Among the Gum Trees Family Day Care, children spend their days learning, exploring, and playing in the great outdoors. Set on 7 acres of natural bushland, our unique environment offers endless opportunities for child-led play, discovery, and adventure, all within a small group of children (up to 7 children including school aged children- with no more than 4 under school age)
With no walls to limit their imagination, children are free to engage in unhurried play at their own pace, developing confidence, resilience, creativity, and a deep connection with nature. Every day brings new opportunities to learn through real-life experiences, whether helping in the vegetable gardens, caring for our chickens and alpacas, exploring our forest, or participating in bush school activities.
At Among the Gum Trees, children enjoy a nurturing home-based environment where play, learning, and nature come together. Registered for CCS through Rainbow Bridge FDC
