An exceptional childcare centre that truly goes above and beyond. The teachers genuinely care for each child, and it shows — our child goes in happily every day and even misses the teachers during holidays. The programs and activities are thoughtfully designed, from emotional regulation and school-readiness (including a practical lunch box program) to engaging excursions and visits. The graduation ceremony and family support were incredibly meaningful. Compared with other centres, the hygiene, curriculum quality and level of care here are outstanding — even exceeding some private schools. We will always treasure this experience and look forward to visiting the teachers again in the future.

My daughter has been attending Monash vale since 13months until now for almost 4years and during that time I never once felt the need to consider changing kindergarten. We have been extremely satisfied with our experience. Monash vale offers a wide range of activities and programs designed to suit the children’s developmental levels. My daughter is starting school next year, and she has been very well prepared for this next step through her time here. Another great strength is the stability of the staff. Many staffs have been here for a long time, which creates a calm and emotionally secure environment where children can feel safe and enjoy learning and play. The curriculum is rich and well-designed, supporting children’s overall development academically, socially, and emotionally. My daughter spent two very happy years here, and we have seen wonderful growth in her confidence and skills. My children have been going to Monash Vale ELC since 2020 and I cannot recommend them enough. All the staff are great and genuinely care about the children. The curriculum for kinder and preschool are amazing and even for the younger children, there are music, sport, art and Mandarin sessions each week. My kids enjoy going to Monash Vale so much and they always come home with the biggest smiles. Nick and Shanika are always so helpful with all the admin related questions and always do their best to support us.

Choosing Monash Vale was one of the best decision i made for my little daughter. If you are looking for a high quality service including care and education, i would say Monash Vale is the best childcare in South-East Melbourne. My daughter haven been through 4 childcare centres and Monash Vale is our last hope. Luckily, it is my life saver. Kinder program and enriching learning activitivies are stunning. They are run by high qualified and knowledgeble teachers and educators which are fully engaged with children and understand their special needs. Many thanks to Shanika, Larrisa, Charmaine, Anke, Lulu and other staff members made my daughter's last year of Kinder become meaningful. We will visit the centre at the Kinder reunion!

Amazing place and environment. My daughter came in from different environment and not familiar with the language as well. But teachers are really helpful and encouraging, my daughter just settled in within days. Sometimes, when I go to pick her up; she just rushed to her teacher which shows her love towards them. Looking at my daughter and her progress, looks like my 1 hour drive(pick and drop) worth it 🤣😁🤗

Monash Vale Early Learning Centre has been an absolute pleasure to be with. Both my kids have been going there since they were 1 year of age. It feels just like home, filled with so much of love, care, happiness and joy from all the staff educators and the entire team. The kids loved and enjoyed their time there. Well taken care of by everyone. The Daycare is very well organised, safe and clean, beautiful and entertaining for all ages of kids, parents and families that go there. It is one of the best decision I've ever made sending my kids there. Highly recommend their centre for anyone who wishes for their kids to feel loved, well taken care of, just like Home.

As our eldest prepares to leave Monash Vale ELC for primary school, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible journey we’ve had here and feeling genuinely grateful that our younger daughter, who started in the nursery this year, gets to spend the next three years in this wonderful community. Many staff members have been here for years, and you can see why. It creates a genuine sense of community where our children are known, loved, and nurtured by familiar faces who feel like extended family. This continuity has been invaluable for our family. The quality and variety of programs throughout the week are outstanding – from sports and music to literacy initiatives – each thoughtfully designed to engage and inspire young minds. But what has particularly moved us is the centre’s leadership in incorporating Indigenous perspectives into early childhood education. Our daughter regularly comes home excited to share what she’s learned about the Boonurong people, their culture, and traditions. These conversations have enriched our entire family’s understanding and respect for First Nations peoples. We trust Monash Vale implicitly with the care and education of our children.
