We have been part of the Miniversity family for almost eight years, and I can honestly say the centre has never been better. When the new ownership took over last year, we were a little uneasy with some staffing changes, but those concerns were quickly put to rest. The improvement since Deb, Paul and Lani stepped in has been incredible. The staff are happier, friendlier and genuinely engaged with the children. The amount invested into resources and the overall environment in just the past year has exceeded what we saw in the previous seven years combined. My daughter absolutely loves going each day and has truly thrived in the new, nurturing atmosphere. It feels like a fresh, positive, well-supported space where children can grow and feel safe. Well done to the whole team! We’re so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

Since the new owners took over, this kindy has completely transformed. What started off a little challenge has truly become a warm, welcoming, and wonderfully run centre. The new team is incredibly hands-on and genuinely committed to creating the best environment for the children. Every morning we’re greeted with a smile, and it’s clear how much they care about each child who walks through the door. The communication, the atmosphere, and the level of attention have all improved so much. The kids are happy and engaged. We’re so grateful for the effort and passion the new ownership has brought. Deb, Lani and the team are nothing short of amazing. Each time we enter Miniversity we are greeted with a warm welcome. Each member of the Mini Team is dedicated to the educational, physical and mental development of the individual child. This is clearly by the daily reports provided to us about our son. We’re so proud I’m to be a part of the Mini family and can’t wait to see what the future holds for the centre.

My son is new to the centre from another daycare and all staff and educators have made our family feel very welcome the last few weeks and helped him settle in with ease. We are so happy we have him in at Miniversity!

Under new ownership and during uncertain times, I decided to leave Miniversity after eight years. Unfortunately, that led to a lot of behavioural challenges for my 3 year old. We eventually reached out to Deb at Mini V to talk through what was happening and how they could help and what we were met with was immense understanding, care, and support. The transition back into his old daycare was seamless and filled with warmth. All I can say is: why did we ever leave? The centre is cleaner and more inviting than ever. They’ve introduced a range of incursions and excursions at no extra cost, and the new staff are absolutely lovely, genuinely approachable and deeply invested in nurturing my son’s wellbeing. I can’t recommend Mini V and the new owners enough. If you’re considering care, I’d really encourage you to do a walk-through and see for yourself what a beautiful, caring environment this place is.

We recently moved our children to Miniversity and the difference has been incredible. From the very first day, we felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. We love hearing about all the fun projects, songs, and new things they learn each week. The teachers genuinely care about each child’s development and it shows in the way our kids have grown in confidence and independence since starting here.
