Location and Access
Our intimate Campus, located at 2 Marion Street, Leichhardt, is situated in a beautiful heritage church building on the corner of Renwick Street and Marion Street, in the heart of Leichhardt, and a three-minute walk from Leichhardt Public School. With plenty of surrounding street parking available, families can enjoy a smooth drop off and pick up every visit. We are conveniently located right next to Norton Street, with frequent buses heading in all directions. 

Space and Community
With a dedicated outdoor play area – featuring a cubby house, a sandpit, a sensory path and a bike track – children have the freedom to create, explore and lead their own play. We also have a vegetable patch, which our children are very proud of! Indoors, we enjoy spacious rooms, beautiful high ceilings and leadlight windows. Our three age-based indoor spaces are designed, with natural elements and safety in mind, to encourage growth and learning amongst our children. 

We love to connect with our local area and community through excursions and activities that feed into children’s interests and learning. Norton Street has an abundance of local business. At our Leichhardt childcare centre we love to take our children out into the local community and enjoy going out to our well-known local cafe for a treat. We also enjoy exploring the local nursery, book store and local park. 

Enrolment includes access to our innovative Health Program. Your child is supported through specialist screening and ongoing attention in Speech Pathology, Nutrition, Vision and Occupational Therapy. We provide daily nutritious dietitian-designed meals, prepared fresh by our cooks, from breakfast through to evening snack, so your child is well-nourished through their entire day. 

Learning
You will find a team of qualified and passionate Educators at our Leichhardt early learning centre, ready to provide a safe, stimulating, happy and nurturing space for your child. Our Oac Grow educational curriculum directly supports Nursery and Preschool aged children through the development of their growing minds. Each day, your child will take part in a range of experiences that cover teachings from numeracy and literacy, to exploration, technology, sustainability and creative expression. We provide a learning environment that is both fun and inclusive. 

Our dynamic play-based curriculum allows us to deliver consistent teaching in small group learning environments where we regularly monitor children’s skills, challenges and successes.
