We truly feel so safe sending our kids to Billybear. The educators are always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, and you can tell they are carefully selected. This comes from years of having our children there, and especially with everything happening in the world lately, having that peace of mind means so much to us. Kids are never left by themselves or left crying. Miss Marwa does such an incredible job running the centre and choosing such wonderful educators. You can really feel the positive environment she creates. The kids are always doing fun and meaningful activities, and we especially love the effort they put into days like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.. etc.. it’s really special. Miss Gladys also deserves a special mention, the parties and celebrations she organises are always done with so much love and care. It really makes the experience magical for the kids and parents. What stands out the most is how much they care. The educators are always paying attention, whether it’s making sure the kids are warm when it’s cold, or simply being present and engaged with them. My kids are always happy to go, and that says everything. Miss Marwa is very involved and always knows what’s going on. If anything ever happens, like a small injury, they communicate straight away and explain everything clearly, which we really appreciate. There’s also such a lovely community feeling, with things like borrowing books and even a little garden where kids can explore herbs and veggies and they incentive all parents to get anything they want/need from there. The food is fresh every day, and my kids actually enjoy it, which is a big win. We’ve never had any issues, and they always come home happy. We actually stay in this area because we’re afraid that if we move to another suburb, our kids wouldn’t receive the same level of care and support. That’s how much we value this centre. I’m honestly so grateful we found this centre. It gives me so much comfort knowing my kids are cared for, loved, and respected every single day. They’ve learned so much here. Miss Gladys and Miss Marwa, you are both amazing. And to all the educators, thank you for always showing up with a smile and so much care. I truly wish every parent could feel this confident and happy about where their children are. No one asked me to write this, I just genuinely feel that the care and dedication they show every day deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.

My daughter attended Billybear Preschool and what an amazing facility & environment it is. I had a wonderful experience with the staff. My daughter loved her time at billybear. All teachers are such lovely people, very friendly, well organised & very caring. Always walked out of Billybear knowing my daughter was in safe hands & a safe place.
